I can say, my best ice cream ever!
Loved it!
Any store who doesn't take cash is not worth trying.
WOW…Delicious & really unusual great flavors!
We need you on Maui, Hawaii !! ♥️
Friendly staff and very tasty ice cram!
$10 single scoop is stupid expensive. The ice cream was meh to be honest. They tried doing too much with adding 5 different flavors in it. The waffle cone also tasted burnt almost, which was weird.
Favorite ice cream store of all time. Ivan helped us out was wonderful :)
This is my favorite ice cream shop in San Diego. The ube ice cream is my favorite. The pairing of the ube with the toffee is delicious. I also really love the unique way they captured the mango sticky rice in ice cream form.
Stella jean’s is the best ice cream in San Diego!!!!!!
The best ice cream you’ll ever have !! Try the Ube 🙌🏽🙌🏽🍦

Stella Jeans is my all time favorite ice cream spot in San Diego (besides Handel's of course). There is nothing more refreshing, and more fresh! With fun new flavors to try almost every month, Stella Jeans is an absolute MUST to try!
Favorite ice cream in San Diego, parking can be hard but it’s good stuff!
One of the best ice cream in SD
The ice cream tasted good, just a lot of strange flavors to have to choose from quickly without knowing the taste (hard to ask for a sample with a lineup of 20 people behind you). Also the prices are insane. I'd recommend going somewhere more reasonably priced of you have more than one other person with you
So , my wife and I are in San Diego for a quick weekend. We went out with some friends for dinner and felt like doing ice cream. We went to Anne's which is supposed to be the best ice cream in the US, but the long line turned us away. Read on a few reddit threads that Stella Jean is actually better so went over there. The line was not too long and we were in within 15 mins
The Ube Pandesal and the mango and sticky rice were highly recommended so I took the split single with these 2 flavors without even trying them out.
Uber Pandesal - 10/10. I've never had anything like this before . It was a new flavor profile for me and my pallet gleefully accepted it. I could taste notes of cake, waffles, toffee, buttery and crunchy. The color was also interesting.
Mango with sticky rice - 2/10. Oh what a disappointment. I could only take the mango, and not the sticky rice so this is nothing like the Thai dessert we're used to. Additionally the mango sorbet has far too many ice clunks making the experience really poor. I was surprised to see so many reviews raving about this flavor. Perhaps I just got the short end of the stick.
