Simply DELICIOUS! Francesca is the sweetest! She welcomed us with a big smile and spot on recommendations for ice cream! Try the mango sticky rice!!!

The ice cream was great—no complaints. The flavors were unique and more subtle than I would have preferred but delicious anyway.

My issue was with the woman behind the counter who had a long ponytail which kept dipping into various ice cream containers when she was serving customers. She also had a bad attitude and acted as if we were a nuisance which was off putting and made me never want to revisit this location.

Came here yesterday for some dessert and it did not disappoint. We were able to try a bunch of the flavors before we chose which was super helpful. The Ube Toffee flavor is to die for and the Mango sticky rice is another favorite. The guy who helped us was very nice. If you’re between ice cream shops, come here!! New favorite spot.

Stella Jean’s makes ice cream with live and passion that you can taste in every bite. We tried the Ube toffee and the s’mores flavors and we loved how layered and rich the flavors were. The waffle cone is also extra special with a buttery cinnamon crunch that brings even more depth to the whole experience. 10/10 this is our new favorite treat.

Got ice cream here! It was delicious, we each got something different and the variety of flavor was awesome. I got a Strawberry with Oatmeal Crunch; I love oatmeal so this was oatmeal for me. My friends got the Mango Sherbert and the Ube Pandan. Both very delicious - the Ube was rich like a chocolate ice cream and the Sherbert was sweet. Highly recommend all three flavors, but my strawberry was definitely the best!

I live in Arizona and walking my found this place. To sum it up I’m addicted to this ice cream. Every time we go to San Diego I have this ice cream 2 to 3 times a day.

This was one of our favorite places in Carlsbad! Delicious ice cream (and yummy waffle cone) to enjoy in a cozy seating area!

According to my kids: insanely good ice cream, with great flavors and perfectly sized!
