Brown Butter Pecan - Pint
This is a classic that is near and dear to our magicians' hearts! This is our true taste on an old favorite. What is Brown Butter? Well let us tell you. Brown Butter is regular butter that's been slowly simmered just long enough to toast those milk solids (protein found in the butter). This gives us a rich toasted, nutty flavor and a warm brown hue. After we brown that butter, we introduce it slowly into a warm sweet cream base. A generous amount of house toasted pecans are folded in to provide nutty flavor and a lovely texture. As if that's not perfect enough, we add a little more fun with brown sugar and a dash of salt. Gluten friendly. One pint.

Cute little ice cream shop attached to Pop Pie Co. they have delish waffle cones (they’re a little cinnamon-y and honestly incredible), several set flavors, and rotating seasonal flavors. Our favorites are the double chocolate and the butter pecan! They also sell pints to go. They do NOT do soft serve, milkshakes, or sundaes or anything but this place is still my favorite ice cream place

We're so happy we got to try Stella Jean's while in SD!

Parking was difficult to find so I stopped in real quick. I got their Mango Sticky Rice and Ube Pandesal flavors. Talk about nostalgic! Both flavors tasted exactly like what they advertised to be, and made for a delectable and refreshing combo.

The staff was very friendly and the interior of the shop was tastefully decorated. Now that we're back home, I can only wait for...

Stella never disappoints!!! I love being able to get a Waffle Cone since it is Gluten Free. Make sure you sample as many flavors as possible, even if you know exactly what you want to get.
