Our waiter Cooper D was extremely unprofessional and messed our drink order as well as our side order. After we told him what we wanted to eat, he didn't return to our table for the rest of the night but he continued to serve and wait on the surrounding tables. Other staff members brought our drinks and food. The manager Brandon was awesome. We told him our issues with Cooper and Brandon did what he could but unfortunately it did not change our experience. This is the second consecutive time that I've been to this establishment and received subpar service. Sadly I will not be returning to any STK. the food is too expensive to receive service like what I've experienced. Again, Brandon was awesome, it's too bad he has terrible staff working for him.

Never had a bad STK experience before. One person got their food 10 minutes after the rest and a filet was overcooked and the server claimed it was normal.

Food & Drinks: The bread was served with a lime-green infused butter or oil—though it was hard to tell what the flavor was supposed to be. Was it jalapeño? Green pepper? The infusion lacked clarity. We started with a few drinks, but the Old Fashioneds were a major letdown. The first one was completely watered down, like ice had been shaken in and then topped with water. I sent it back, hoping for better. The second attempt was only slightly improved. By the third try, it was finally enjoyable—completely different from the first two, which had clearly been made by an inexperienced bartender who had no business serving $30 cocktails. For appetizers, we ordered the Wagyu sliders (two for $30). They were fine, but nothing memorable. For entrées, we had the dry-aged bone-in strip steak and the pasta. The pasta was decent, with a good truffle-forward flavor—about what we expected. The steak wasn't bad, but for $100—plus an upcharge for “Wagyu butter”—it fell short of the hype. The sides were also disappointing: Brussels sprouts drenched in what tasted like honey, and au gratin potatoes that were dry and badly in need of more cheese. Dessert felt more like a gimmick than a finale. The cotton-candy “illusion” and overly sweet bundt cake (warmed up and topped with ice cream) leaned hard on dramatic presentation but delivered little in taste—leaving us cringing rather than impressed. Service & Experience: We were there for our anniversary, and the restaurant had been notified ahead of time. To his credit, our server did a good job of acknowledging the occasion and was attentive throughout the night. The disappointing food and hollow ambiance were no fault of his—he carried himself professionally and did what he could to elevate the experience.

STK is one of the best steakhouses i have ever been. Our server was an amazing she was able to explain everything we need to know. Her name is jordyn I recommend her she is full energy we loved her!

Went there last night.. Good service but my $100 steak was suppose to be medium rare and it came out pretty much well done. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to request another one. Couldn’t even finish it..

We enjoyed the Happy Hour which had great drinks and delicious food. Our server rosé was excellent. We had a wonderful dining experience.

Our waitress mostly ignored our table for the larger party tables she had. We had to get help from the manager and another waitress to get our food and drink. Food was good but service needs a lot of work. My husband's birthday experience was less than stellar.

Food was good, as were the drinks. I felt like it took a long time for the wait staff to take our food orders, but they weren't ignoring us, just not prioritizing that. The food came quickly once we did order.

We opted for the Wagu butter add-on which was great, but the torching of it at the table to melt it wasn't necessary 😂

The long and short of it is that this place is not worth the money, at all. Service was terrible, food was mediocre for the price, definitely wouldn't recommend. Group of people, they served us hot beer and at the end of it all they acted like they couldn't split a 1300.00 check, what a joke. Will absolutely never be back. I'm more than happy to pay a premium for premium service but this is robbery.
