Terrible service, I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for a simple chicken sandwich and no staff has even been at my table. The problem is that since you pay ahead you have no other option other than being at the mercy of the restaurant to get a refund.

We ordered online using the QR code and waited 45 minutes for our food. We had to cancel the order because we then had to go to the gate. This seems to be a case of corporate America cutting wait staff to nothing And trying to use online technologies instead. So a terrible experience. Please hire some human beings. It took me forever to track down somebody who could refund our money. He was cheerful enough but the wait staff was clearly overwhelmed.

Really nice place to eat. Out favorite when we fly out of SAN. They've got breakfast and lunch options, the staff are friendly and the food is good! They still have a COVID order from your phone system going on, which I don't love. I do feel like it takes away from a dine in experience. If it were busier I could see the appeal of getting your food order fast and helping yourself to water and condiments. Good enough for the price.
I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this restaurant. My girlfriend and I spent about 25–30 minutes there. After taking about 5 minutes to look over the menu, we waited nearly 15 minutes for our food—which was just two burgers and an order of fries as a side.
During the wait, we tried to check on the status of our food. The first time, the staff member was very friendly and told us it would take another 5–10 minutes. We were totally fine with that. However, about 7 minutes later, I asked again and said that if the food wouldn’t be ready in the next 5 minutes, I would like it to be packed to go.
At that point, the staff member seemed quite impatient. She turned and walked away mid-conversation—though she was smiling, it felt dismissive. She didn’t let me finish my sentence, just went straight to the counter and started packing our food, as if we were unwelcome.
We tipped an additional 18%, which the system clearly stated would go to the staff, yet I honestly didn’t receive any service worth tipping for. This was a disappointing experience in both service and dining, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Just want to start off I travel alot and this place is excellent you order your food online so convenient. Then Jason comes out not sure his tiltle looked and acted like a manager or even the owner so nice and helpful great guy ! Now the food part we ordered a bunch of things and everything was excellent . Must try if you in San Diego Airport !
