I cannot review any of my party’s dishes but they looked pretty good. I can review and tell you I had one of the best turkey club sandwiches ever at this place. Fries meh - not a fan of the coated to stay crispy kind but they were hot and fresh. Food came out lightning fast. Service was excellent.

We were seated, ordered, and didn't wait long for our food to come to our table. The service was great. The sandwiches were hot and delicious. Bathrooms available for customers. Parking is a little difficult to find, especially during lunch hour. We had a great experience.

Visited this diner with my family and our furry friend, enjoying the cozy outdoor patio equipped with heaters. Opted for the Elvis Presley fried sandwich, a decadent chocolate milkshake, and the hearty San Diegan burger. Portions here are generous, perfect for sharing. The burger was a culinary delight, cooked to perfection and wonderfully juicy. The Elvis Presley sandwich proved to be a filling treat; I couldn't even finish half of it! To our surprise, they kindly provided the leftover milkshake in the blending cup. This retro-themed diner boasts a lively bar offering specialty drinks and a selection of beers on tap, along with an extensive menu to satisfy all tastes. The service was prompt and attentive, ensuring a delightful dining experience. We'll definitely be returning for more!

Old Web site needs updating. Brought us in under false advertisement.Food was way below par.Our Waitress was great but she and others are put in awkward situations because the current owners have not done a lot of necessary updating. The menu is quirky but the prep needs better ingredients.I ordered the brisket chili. It tastes like the bottom of the pot and old or possibly canned and not freshly made.

Great food. Reminds me of New York 24/7 diners.

A late-night person, used to NY restaurants/diners being open at all hours - and then WHAM! This diner decided to change the hours from 24/7 to sometimes open 24/7 and sometimes not. Then they stopped having my favorite on the menu - the pork chops!Well, now I don't go often - and haven't been since finding the pork chops no longer served. My fav waiter, Jonathan, also gone - and driving from Vista is a long trip.If you've never been, do give the Studio Diner a try.edit: LOVE that the pork chops were back on menu - drove the 35+ miles to have that plate - and, again, delicious! Thank you to Studio Diner - you've made me VERY happy. Now, there are only 2 reasons for my not being at the diner is 1. 65 miles round trip and 2. gasoline prices. But when I am down near Studio Diner, I'll be there!edit: it's now 20March2024 - and I upgraded a restaurant that I enjoy. Please give Studio Diner a try. I drive from Vista to them and understand their change in hours.Even chefs don't like working all night ... and neither do wait staff.I wish a Studio Diner was closer to where I live. In NY, diners were on every corner, and many all night. But I moved here in 1996 and things change, as have I. Thank you, Studio Diner, for a good meal.
