If you’re ordering in-person, it’s as good as any other Subway. Employees are nice and it’s a very clean restaurant with plenty of seats. However, do not order online. I’ve ordered through their website and DoorDash, they will mess it up. I’ve ordered ahead a few times to try to save time on my way to work or just for convenience and I can seriously say I’ve always had issues. They always miss ingredients, use the wrong ones or are way behind on time, so you end up just sitting down while they make your sandwich incorrectly. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the system not showing orders correctly or something else, but do not order ahead.

Usually great service, but today walked in, no greeting, said hi even… lady with blue hair did not greet me or say hi back after I said hi. Completely ignored me. Had to wait for other guy to come out from behind the back to get any acknowledgment or service.

As if this review the current sandwich artists are very good. They are respectful and make the sandwiches how you like them and give you the proper amount of veggies etc. I feel this location has been much improved lately with this staff at this location. Also the store is always very clean. I have tried lots of subs but my go to has always been a toasted tuna with sriracha sauce, all the veggies and salt pepper oil vinegar. This is the sandwich in the picture. It was very tasty and this is after surviving a 2 mile walk through north park with a dog.Recently I have discovered their subs with steak are actually really tasty as well. One fun option I like to go to is a steak sub on flatbread.

Ordered a tuna salad from uber eats. Very generous with the tuna and other sides. However, maybe a spoonful of lettuce and spinach. Don’t recommend ordering delivery if you want a salad.
The lady that was attending my order(around 7pm on November 27th ) was being a little impatient with me throughout the entire interaction and instead of saying they do not carry grilled chicken any longer she gave me an attitude. I had to reach for the receipt because she went to the back quickly. I have no idea if she did that because she was sick or something.

Better to go in person so you can assure you get your order correct. I placed an online order with two sandwiches. One was just white bread, turkey, cheese, and bacon. The other was turkey with some veggies, Chipotle sauce on Italian herb bread. They switched the breads on each sandwich and my son's plain sandwich was missing the bacon, plus it was on a bread he wouldn't eat. Last time I order online. Employees are too incompetent to read a ticket order.
