The workers here are rude and bothered by your appearance. The lady stopped making my sandwhich to do a mobile order that had just came in. In the middle! Doesn't listen to what your actually asking for and try's to push you through the line when no one else is in here

I’ve been here a few times in the last year. Every single time I go in, the dudes working there seem extremely annoyed that they have to do their job and make sandwiches. Didn’t notice until I got out to the parking lot, but he didn’t even give me all my change($4.81), but he gave me 4 ones and walked away.I’m not going to go back in for .81, but how many others has he done that to?At least I got a sandwich, though

I went when there was only like 2 people ahead of me and maybe 1 behind me so not incredibly busy. The manager tried to charge me for 2 sandwiches which I respectfully told her I was only ordering 1 OK no big deal right. She gives me my sandwich I take it to my seat open it up and it's the wrong one. I took it back and I'm guessing the other customers had open mine up as well because when I was handed the correct one it was apparent that my sandwich was already handled and opened by someone else... gross.

Probably the worst tasting Subway I've ever had. I coul literally see the brown on the lettuce as they were putting it on my sandwich. I wonder if the 2 girls would put it on theirs. Even the meats taste different. Almost as if they were old. Good on a pinch but ingredients are always brown.

I usually don't take the time to right reviews but I've gone here a bunch over the past couple months each time I hope it would be different each time I'm wrong the staff is rude and short and hap Hazzardly throw the ingredients onto the sandwich leaving a mess waiting for you when you unwrap it. Due to this laziness when making the sandwich they don't even use the proper portions half your ingredients might be on one side or the other if you even get the amount you pay for! hopefully service will get better here but I don't see it happening.

Subs were delicious! But I thought subways Modo was to like always say yes! I asked for no onions on the #2 and they were ok with that, but when I asked to add Baja chipotle to the #6 they said "no" I asked why and he said "I work here so no"! Really subway?

Literally the best subway ever. They like to close whenever there’s no bread even if you’re getting a protein bowl or a wrap. Highly recommended if you want to get disappointed.

Worst customer service ever I walked in and waited for like 5 minutes the door rings when you enter no acknowledgment at all when I can clearly hear the morning shift person working in the back good way to lose bussiness if you don't acknowledge your customers. I didn't even bother I walked out still didn't come out to check who went through the door. You need to be attendant to customers who walk in especially on a military base were almost everybody has limited time to grab something.

Employees don't seem to care about customers. I'm literally looking at an employee ignore a line of customers while she does an online order. The other employee cannot be bothered because she is checking her Facebook status. Where is the Manager!!! Obviously these employees don't care about customer service!!!

Horrible wait time when no one is even thier in-line in the morning worker is always in the back and have waited almost everytime 15-20 minutes and worker always has attitude horrible !

Wow! Talk about rude. I enter around 715 am and that bell that informs them of a customer is meant for them to hear it when they are in the back. Apparently it doesn't work that way. I had to holler a few times just to get the manager's attention. She then proceeds to come out from the back and glares at me as if I did something wrong. The entire time she was snappy and rude. Who hires these people? This establishment needs a revamp in employees. Especially a manager.

This is probably the worst Subway location in the continental United States. There's this one blond dude with wire-frame glasses who actually gets it done quickly, but other than that every single other employee just drags their feet or just flat-out hides in the back and ignores you. Workplace morale is six feet under and corporate needs to send someone to give this sad, depressing hole some guidance. I literally walk out of this place feeling worse about humanity than when I went in. Thank god I moved out of those barracks.
