All we me and my team working in this area so we decide to go and get some sandwiches. The lady was working so fast one of the sandwiches barely had meat and the other one had none. When we tried to talk to her about it and show her the sandwich, she refused to make it right.

RUNAWAY!!! DO NOT EAT HERE I made my selection via the subway app, i walked in to watch the sandwich artist make my sandwich, i made modifications to my order and wanted to make sure they were adhered too . I got the sweet onion, but i didn't want the sauce .i walked in , and was greeted and then ignored while she made the sandwich i seen her put the S/O sauce and i politely asked her if it was my order and then proceeded to tell her i didnt want the sauce . She made a comment like well thats what you ordered i said i know what i ordered i made modifications and if you look at the receipt youll see what’s supposed to be on there. She made another comment about wasting the food and i said thats not my problem. She became rude and irate and was like well on the app you shouldve said no sweet onion i explained it to her and tried ti show her and she wasnt hearing it at all . She continued to yell and when i asked for the manager she said im the manager i said well the way you are speaking to me isnt okay . Her name is LINNY. She refused to give me my receipt until i demanded it , she also refused to give me any other information so i can make a complaint.

The females here are rude. I just witnessed the worker with the red lipstick, making fun of a delivery lady when she said something got in her eye while waiting for an order. Really unacceptable. I decided to walk out. I've been waiting over 26 minutes and theses a line of just 6 people here ahead of me waiting as well. A sandwich doesn't take that long to make.

Honestly the girl at night is disrespectful just by the way she makes my sandwich and messing up 2 times the past 2 weeks and also how sloppy she is. That all I gotta say i can say more but don't want to. Honestly haven't said nothing in person because I'm not disrespectful but maybe I should next time because that's rude.
This place is getting better and better. When I first started going here I would have given it two stars. But the staff has changed and they are doing there jobs.
