They had a large family that they had to deal with and I think there was a bit of a language barrier non the less they put one flimsy peace of turkey on my sandwich I was to nervous to walk out and after waiting so long in line I just took it went home put the turkey on hall of the 6 inch and threw the other half away

I recently visited this Subway restaurant and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a fast-food place. From the moment I walked in, the staff Angie and Liza greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. They were patient, attentive, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, even when I was being a bit indecisive with my toppings.

What really stood out was how clean and organized everything was. The team worked efficiently while still taking the time to ask how my day was going. It wasn’t just about making a sandwich – they genuinely cared about the customer experience.

The sandwich was fresh, made just the way I like it, and served with professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to see that level of enthusiasm and care in a fast-paced environment.

Big shoutout to the team Angie and Liza for making my visit so pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back – not just for the food, but for the excellent service!

Conveniently located. Easy to get in and out of. You can also dine in and enjoy the nice san diego weather while you have a sub. Highly recommend, for a quick bite on your way to the airport or waiting for a flight to arrive. Patio and indoor seating available.

I walked in, there were 2 female employees, no line and I was told “hold up, I’ll help you in a bit” by one of them while the other one just looked at me and then walked to the back. When the lady who walked to the back finally decided to help me, she was being very rude throwing my food around and slamming the oven and veggies onto the sandwich. As she passed my sandwich on to the next employee, she said something in a foreign language about “steak”, even though I ordered turkey. I didn’t make much of it but kept it in mind for when I paid. I don’t speak their language but surely when she mentioned steak about the only sandwich being made at the moment , it raised questions. So I just kept quiet and waited till they charged me. The second employee was trying to act oblivious and even walked away from the register as my receipt was being printed. She saw that I waited for a while and asked for my receipt, which is when she handed it over. And sure enough, I’d been charged for a steak sandwich, Which is just a few cents more than what I got . To conclude, it’s not the money I’m concerned about. It’s the fact that the employees take it upon themselves to charge you what they want to. If they do what they want, who knows what else they’ll do. They might even feed people food that’s contaminated just because they don’t like them. People that can’t control their feelings shouldn’t work anywhere.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for almost a year and a half, and I have to say, the service here is exceptional. The staff, including Lala, Lisa, Jose, and many others, are incredibly friendly and attentive. They know my order without me having to say a word, which always makes my visits enjoyable.From the beginning, they welcomed me warmly and even gave me a fun nickname, “the buffalo guy,” because I always order the buffalo chicken. It was so amusing and made me feel like part of the family. Every time I walk in, they greet me with, “Oh, the buffalo guy is here!” and have my order ready in no time.I really appreciate the excellent service and the personal touch they add to each visit. This Subway deserves a five-star rating for their amazing staff and outstanding customer service!
