Twice now I’ve ordered flatbreads and they delivered a regular sub on white bread. How do you mess up the basics? Would love to call and complain, but of course their phone number is disconnected. Also, WAY too much salt and pepper, completely inedible

I was very hungry yesterday, so I drove here specifically to buy a sandwich with a coupon. The clerk refused to let me buy it because he said he couldn't scan the code. I saw that there were many QR code scanners in the store, and I hoped he could sell it to me, but he didn't. I had to leave. Thank you so much for your service!

My sandwich was good BUT the young lady employee on day shift was pure evil. As I sat at a table eating a homeless guy entered asking for a free Sprite & the employee said no, which isn’t the problem. A customer overheard & ordered the sprite for him but the employee just froze & starred at her like she was crazy, so the customer got mad. ”I am a paying customer ordering a sprite, why are you just staring at me? Can you please make it before he gets too far away!” The employee wouldn’t move, she just continued this scary blank stare. She didn’t want the homeless man having a drink even if someone else paid for it. The customer goes of, rightfully so in my opinion. The employee finally makes the drink & the customer tries to chase the man down to give it to him but lost him. She returns angry & tells the employee her lack of empathy is disgusting. The employee then threatened not to take her order & kick her out of the store if she “continues being rude”. The customer wasn’t rude, the employee was acting like a full blown sociopath & was upset that someone dared to challenge her. The fact that the older female manager was present & didn’t step in was even more disgusting but then again she may be scared of that young girl. The pure evil was palpable. I don’t know how she got that job. She doesn’t need to be customer facing. I will never ever return to this subway. This was last week but I just remembered to write this review. The owner of this franchise needs to learn how to choose employees better. There’s no way I’d ever hire such a person & let them sabotage my business. She can’t even fake being a decent human being so there’s no way that management or the owner is unaware. I’m sure they know exactly who I’m talking about which proves they know.

The old man working 7pm on a Tuesday evening was absolutely no help and totally rude. He barked at a pregnant woman and told her he had too much going on and that she has to order from the kiosk. He also wouldn't help me figure out why I couldn't complete my order on the kiosk. They should find a more people friendly employee and a multi tanker as well

The current reviews do reflect my recent experience for the most part. Although, I dont blame the workers. They were busting their butts trying to fulfill numerous orders from the kiosks (the only option now) AND online orders. If you show up in person all the existing online orders take precedence so there were a few grumpy people waiting around inside. I dont know if this is independently owned or a franchise but I blame whoever is in charge. It's profit focused and customer service is the lowest priority.

Was in town for 2025 Comic Con went into this subway Thursday July 24th 6pm used the Kiosk. only 1 person very very rude young man was not following the kiosk print out order and I had to tell him the order again. He made it wrong and got upset kept trying to put whatever he wanted He acted like he was High. Why does Subway have Kiosks if the employees can't use it correctly, This is beyond a bad experience. Please Subway give this individual a drug test also fire him. I will never come here again.

The old man behind the counter Daniel is such a bad worker. You could feel his negative energy as soon as you entered the store and he was speaking to a customer very unprofessionally. I did not order

The service I received from Eva will make me never order from this restaurant again. I walked in try to place a order on the mobile app because I didn't want to use the in store kiosk as I'm placing my order on the mobile app it tells me it is out of stock of an item. So I try to qualify with a employee which was Eva and the lady was rude, yelled at me, and never answered my question. I tried to ask the other employee but they start speaking Spanish and just ignored me as if I wasn't standing there.

Shop closed early. Paid through the app and said it was ready. He said he ran out ingredients so he was closing. “Dispute it with your bank” is what he said. Terrible store.

This new kiosk order system is awful! I come here to get a custom sandwich and there’s no way to edit your order or build your own. It’s so much easier to just order like normal. The ladies who work here are awesome why take that away? Looks like JimmyJohn’s is my new spot, ITS ACROSS THE STREET.

This location has gone to Kiosk ordering and i got the 2 worst Subway Sandwich ever. The items i selected for each sandwich, this location didn’t have plus i asked for extra mayo, salt and pepper, more sauce and none was done. The sandwich was suppose to have double cheese on one and we only got a very small sprinkle not the 4oz that should what the recipe says it should have. Run away from this location and the Kiosk ordering system. I'm sure glasde there is Jimmy Johns accrss the street we will be going to from now on.
