Big employee did not wash hands after gathering trash!!! I politely asked him to wash his hands before starting my sandwhich, since he stopped collecting trash to serve me, but he kept saying they were clean. Seeing he was going to be unsanitary i walked out!!!🤮

extremely bad customer service. if i can see your attitude once i walk in, im already uncomfortable with you handling my food. everyone on the shift of 4/6/2025 at 8:30pm needs to be held accountable for their actions. not the first time customer service at this location has been terrible.

I went and bought a salad and they served it with a lot of water from the lettuce, I would like to think it was from the lettuce, I only found out once I ate most of it. They just don't care, and it made me think they were discriminating against me just because I'm Mexican. I do not recommend this place.

Wow, Kez my sandwich maker was very polite and helpful he got me to make my order a deluxe and I'm glad I did because it was a great sandwich, plus I have some extra for later. Delicious!

Never in whole life have I been somewhere with such bad costumer service, I arrived and the guy was busy I know but he didn’t even acknowledged us to tell us to wait or whatever and then a second guy came out and ignored us too, the part that really pissed me off is that the moment we left they started taking the order of the people behind us

These guys went out of their way to fix a wrap that had special ingredients!!

Located in the Rosecrans Plaza by Chuck E Cheese. Customer service could be better, specially when they're preparing your food, but my sandwich was made perfectly and was very satisfying with that typical SubWay taste. Ingredients were fresh. Overall, I had an okay experience at this location.

Main Role

The workers here are very kind and helpfull, its pretty obvious that extras will cost more anywhere.
Sometimes they do get customers who are rude and disrespectful.
Dont blame them blame yourselves for not treating them right and not having common sense.

I had lunch here 2 times the first time the cute guy with blond hair made my sandwich and it was perfect and the 2 time that fat guy was halfway scooping up the meat from the rotisserie chicken, not even feeling the scoop up fully, and then when I told him about it when I came back the third time he tried to add extra meat and charge me extra for it like no fill the scoop all the way up but I was not about pay 12 $ & then when he added extra meat it was 14$ and he half doing my food then going up charge me so I left and won’t be returning

Great service. Nice guys. The sandwich maker made me the best vegetarian sandwich I’ve had in a long time. This location has the veggie patties. There’s no online option for the veggie patty. You have to call it in to order, or go in person. Worth it. 10/10 recommend. Here’s my favorite sando set up from Subway if you’re vegetarian, and need some ideas. I get the parm cheese bread extra toasted with provolone on top of the patty, and add the red onion and bell pepper with the cheese before it’s toasted. Add the garlic mayo, with a light mixture of reg mayo, lettuce, a tad of salt and pepper, I add avocado and a few sprigs of fresh cilantro at home. So so good!!! I recently had the 12 inch sub, put mozzarella and provolone on it. The mozzarella was creamy goodness. However, it was a little too wet. So I prefer the provolone instead. If you’re going for extra creamy, you don’t mind the added wetness, mozzarella is great. I hope my sando set up can help others want to try a vegetarian sandwich at Subway. The patty is like no other veg patty I’ve had. You can’t buy it in the store. Subway special makes it. Definitely worth checking out.

Vegetarian options: This location definitely has a veggie patty. Game changer for a great veg sando.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian options. Low fat options available. This location has the Subway exclusive veggie patty that’s not available online. Must call or walk in to order veggie patty.

Parking: Plenty of parking around the corner when it’s busy.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely spotted a kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough doorway and lobby for wheelchairs and walkers. Handicap parking nearby. Single level with no stairs.

$19 for a foot long sub at subway is insane. No modifications, just a featured foot long sub. What happened here? I understand the $5 foot long is gone, but this is inflation x3.
