This review is meant toward Subway not the employees or this franchise. Your catering service is awful. Tried it through the app not even an option. Have to do it online and the user interface is terrible. On top of that i had to create another account for the catering service when im picking up. Its insane to have such a terrible system for catering when the company is a giant with enough resources to create a good experience.

I dont leave reviews but wanted to share this because of how bad my experience was. Feedback is much needed on this

I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!
I ordered sandwich through the app to be picked up on my lunch time. Drove all the way to that store and the girl at the register tells me there is no orders been placed! Say what?!!! I order it 1,5 hours prior pick up!!! No one ever contacted me ! I went to check my email and with no explanation, 15 minutes prior pick up time they cancelled my order!!!!!!! I ask the girl how come it got cancelled?! She said that’s my fault and they didn’t do that… WHAT?!!!! This is insane ! I left mad and hungry without any chance to buy a food anywhere else because I was running out of time !!!! Will never go back! How rude! Btw I got charged for it!

I’ve never written a review for a Subway location before, but this time I had to.

I wanted to give a big thank you to David.

I placed an order through the app, and once I got back home I noticed it was made incorrectly.

I went back and the person who initially made my order wasn’t there, but David made me another sandwich at no extra cost.

But it wasn’t just the sandwich that he made and the polite service he provided that impressed me, it was standing in line watching him handle three customers who didn’t know English. He clearly didn’t speak their language, but he provided a smile and guided them in properly ordering their food.

On top of that, I watched him make my food while a customer shoved a phone in his face asking him to speak to speak with that customers friend and take his order. To my surprise, he did that with a smile on his face as well.

He multitasked like a champ, and never once became rude, frustrated, or annoyed with any customer.

Whoever owns this location should seriously consider making David a manager and giving him a raise, and based on a lot of the other reviews I see here on Google, potentially having David train the rest of the team on customer service.

I own a company myself, and to have a team member represent your business the way he represented this location, is a team member who should be valued.

I saw an alive cockroach walking like there was no issue at full daylight. If there is a cockroach this brave, there must be a pest inside the store (and probably all the other businesses next to it)

At this point, I think they are messing with me because there is no reason I’ve ordered from here THREE times (1x in person, 2x online) and my order has been way off every time. I think they completely ignore requests once they get to the veggies and condiments. They throw on whatever they see in front of them, regardless of what I have put in my order. I ordered for my staff once and we all had different sandwiches and we all had the same exact veggies across all the sandwiches. I think they are just lazy even though the store is never busy. Do better, you’ve definitely lost my business.

I occasionally order a sandwich with the veggie patty or just veggies on a bun with many condiments!It is always clean, and the service is excellent. The employees have always been friendly and very helpful when I have tried to decide what to order.While I do not often come, I recommend this location for its friendliness, excellent service, and tasty food.

The service is terrible. Most of the employees don’t know the sandwiches on the menu. Almost every time I go I get a sandwich tossed together by someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there.
