I wouldn't recommend using this Subway to anyone. Placing an order there is a nightmare. You can only place an order through a terminal, which is not easy at all, especially for elderly people.

Food safety is not always a priority at this store unfortunately. However the Christmas evening rush might have overwhelmed the two employees trying to deal with the rush. I probably will not return due to what I observed.

Walked in standing in front of two employees I’m the only person they don’t say a word about ordering at the kiosks for several minutes. Until multiple other people walk in and then they proceed to tell me that I have to order at the kiosk. I decided to just not buy my 4 foot long subs and go eat next-door at the pizza place with my family.

this is the worst subway I ever visited and they even don’t know how to make sandwiches and they dont even warm cookies! When I was leaving from that subway I felt that I shouldn’t come to this place and for future I am not gonna come here again. Please don’t go to this place If you want a good sandwich or anything.

Amazing customer service! I forgot to put into the kios if want my sub toasted and Adrian came to the rescue and asked me if I wanted mine toasted. Really helpful and friendly!

Kiosks made it take longer to get in and out - not as easy to customize with the kiosk and they didn’t even have the proper options for the sides that were actually available versus what was on the kiosk menu. No more are the days of watching them make your order and telling them when it is just right or whatever. Absolutely DO NOT LIKE THE KIOSKS! McDonald’s kiosks, fine, Taco Bell kiosks, sure… but SUBWAY????!!!! NO!!! You lose the whole spirit of Subway! Take them out!!! (Store was clean and staff was polite - kiosks are such a detractor)

Blonde big guy coughed on my sandwich 3x while making it and then proceeded to attempt to charge me $16.99 for a meal of the day footlong. Will not be going back. Worst subway experience I’ve had yet. Sorry to be the bad guy but come on, at least cover your mouth or turn away.
Ps: I never leave reviews, this is my first one, horrible experience. Disgusting. Had to toss and buy food elsewhere.

The worst subway ive ever visited. System didnt allow to order sandwiches but takes money away - stuff was saying money will return, but im still waiting. Adrian (manager or smth) got very mad when asked what to do. Worst expirience I ever had - never ever visit subway again. Pizzeria is close enough and is definitely much better option

This new self-ordering situation….lol….so ridiculously inefficient for normal, walk-in orders. Walk-in people are now mixed in with mobile orders. Took over 30 min for us to get ONE sandwich. Also, the computer ordering system was saying certain items (like olives) were out of stock, but I was looking right at them through the glass. I asked if I could just order with the employee. I got a ‘NO’. So, I didn’t order at all. What makes it worse, is much of the time, the employee had to ask people questions about what they wanted on their sandwiches anyway (when they ran out of things). Just take orders like normal, so people can get out of the way! My grandmother ended up ordering and my husband and I chose to not give this place our money. Done with Subway. I actually feel really bad for the ONE employee having to deal with this idiotic system. He was working way too hard for people who weren’t even in store, while in-store people gathered and stood….FOREVER, becoming annoyed. Really stupid system.

The young man making the sandwiches today (Aug 17) at lunchtime was great! He greeted me and others when we entered. Many people ordered with the kiosks at the same time and he made the sandwiches as quickly as possible. He's the kind of employee every restaurant would love to have.
