The worst subway ive ever visited. System didnt allow to order sandwiches but takes money away - stuff was saying money will return, but im still waiting. Adrian (manager or smth) got very mad when asked what to do. Worst expirience I ever had - never ever visit subway again. Pizzeria is close enough and is definitely much better option

This new self-ordering situation….lol….so ridiculously inefficient for normal, walk-in orders. Walk-in people are now mixed in with mobile orders. Took over 30 min for us to get ONE sandwich. Also, the computer ordering system was saying certain items (like olives) were out of stock, but I was looking right at them through the glass. I asked if I could just order with the employee. I got a ‘NO’. So, I didn’t order at all. What makes it worse, is much of the time, the employee had to ask people questions about what they wanted on their sandwiches anyway (when they ran out of things). Just take orders like normal, so people can get out of the way! My grandmother ended up ordering and my husband and I chose to not give this place our money. Done with Subway. I actually feel really bad for the ONE employee having to deal with this idiotic system. He was working way too hard for people who weren’t even in store, while in-store people gathered and stood….FOREVER, becoming annoyed. Really stupid system.

The young man making the sandwiches today (Aug 17) at lunchtime was great! He greeted me and others when we entered. Many people ordered with the kiosks at the same time and he made the sandwiches as quickly as possible. He's the kind of employee every restaurant would love to have.

We went into subway to have lunch and immediately realized there was a smell that wasn't very pleasant. After talking with my partner we decided to stay because we really wanted the Happy Gilmore cups. We stood in the empty Subway for several minutes before the sandwich artist informed us that we would not be able to be helped without entering our order in an automated kiosk, which made no sense due to the fact we were the only ones in the store. Subway has always offered service. This was not that. He left and went to the back as we figured out how to put in orders. Once we completed them he made the sandwiches wrong and not to the order specifications. The tables to eat were all extremely dirty. And the sandwiches were dry and not tasty at all. The ingredients did not look fresh. I never leave reviews but wanted to be sure everyone understands the type of experience they might encounter here. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.

On a Sunday morning, I ordered a catering order for an event for the first time at Subway. The manager, Adrian, jumped into action to help me with the order, such as answering any questions I had and guiding me throughout the entire ordering process. Adrian worked diligently to create and finish the order in a timely manner. Aside from this, you can tell how hard Adrian works and how much he cares about the customer experience. Adrian is awesome and an asset as you don’t quite experience a customer service like his!
On the other note, the facility is clean and a great atmosphere to eat by yourself, family, or colleagues. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I came in and the server told me I had to use the kiosk. Then I did when I placed the order she tried to make my sandwich in back. I told her no I want to her make my food she was rude and was yelling at me in Spanish

they have new kiosks instead of ordering at the counter… staff forces you to use kiosk even if the place is empty also the kiosks arent accurate so i just paid for a drink that was OUT OF STOCK and was told there was nothing they could do.
Awful customer service. I simply asked for a water cup, and they told me they had run out. Instead of offering a regular or soda cup as a courtesy, they told me I had to pay. I explained it wasn’t my fault they ran out of water cups, but they still refused to offer an alternative. They just kept saying, “This cup isn’t for water.” No effort to satisfy the customer. No wonder their rating is so low—they clearly don’t care.

Sadly this place has tremendously dropped the ball with me. I loved getting the footlong nachos. Every time I would go in I was told in a couple days would check back in and litterally after 2 weeks checking in I’m told go to a different subway by the girl working there!! Uhm no sorry but don’t advertise product you don’t have then lie to a customer for two weeks about waiting for a shipment when you know your not. So for not being honest this place deserves a 1 rating. I’ve given them chances to at least rectify this or at least be honest about the situation and nope. 👎
