I occasionally order a sandwich with the veggie patty or just veggies on a bun with many condiments!It is always clean, and the service is excellent. The employees have always been friendly and very helpful when I have tried to decide what to order.While I do not often come, I recommend this location for its friendliness, excellent service, and tasty food.

The service is terrible. Most of the employees don’t know the sandwiches on the menu. Almost every time I go I get a sandwich tossed together by someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there.

Worst subway experience at this location. Ordered on the app. Walked in the store to pick up the order but was never made. This was about 2pm, Dec 10th. At this point, I requested a refund. However, both the male and female employees said the refund can be done on the app. I asked both of them if they could walk me thru as I did not know how, and then both said they do not know how to either. Then they both suggested that I should call the number if I want to cancel my order yet did not provide a phone number. I asked for the manager at this point, but the female employee said the manager was not in and suggested that I should come back the next day, which I declined. Since they could not resolve the issue, I left the store as an unhappy customer. This is really disappointing when issues like this arise and when you have incompetent employees running the show. This says a lot about the management on how they properly trained their employees.

I would give this Subway a Straight 5 due to friendly service and good atmosphere. First of all, I would like to thank Carylon for her amazing kindness and service. And the Atmosphere was modern after the renovation they did not so long ago I think.

I have been eating Subway breakfast wraps for a decade. Visited the Mission Valley store today and the employee refused to sell me one. Told me that they can't make breakfast sandwiches as a wrap. pulled out my phone, showed him the subway website and the breakfast menu's featured photo was a breakfast wrap. I showed him. He still refused to sell me a wrap. Unbelievable.

If you toast your sandwich at this location, if the toaster beeps 3-4 times - your sandwich will be burnt. I don't know what setting they have their toaster oven set to but it needs to be adjusted. Especially when there is a long line and they cannot get to your sandwich in time. This is the second time that this has happened to me. The first one was so burnt, I looked at the attendant and said "Really". They threw it away and made another one. Came here today and it was at the limit. I just broke off the burnt pieces cause I was super hungry. Please!!! Someone at headquarters need to address this. Or even the store manager. This seems like an easy fix. I can't be the only one experiencing this from this location.
