I just tried to use a gift card there and was forced to pay cash because their system for gift cards hasn't been working for the past week or more unacceptable it's like if I pay money for a gift card for somebody else and they bring it to Subway it's like they accepted the money and won't honor the deal you made by giving them money for the gift card in exchange for product in other words they're stealing my money and refusing to give me anything else in exchange for the money this is unacceptable you guys need to fix your gift card system or give people a refund for their gift cards
I wanted to give a shout out to Naomi. We visited on 8/12/25 between hours of 330pm and 430pm. When we walked in there were about 4 people in front of us and she was the only person who was making sandwiches. After we arrived. I would say close to 15 more guest came in behind us throughout our visit. Naomi being the only employee clearly saw the volume of people and she continued to maintain an level of professionalism that would be acknowledged as a good representation of the Subway brand. She remained calm, polite, and helpful even though it's was obvious to see many people waiting to be served and you could imagine the potenial feelings of being overwhelming and stressed being the only employee..She handle her self with grace aknowldged and I just wanted to make sure she is noticed by the right people for her integrity amd hardwork.Thanks Naomi!

I ordered a footlong cold cut combo and cookie on June 4th. ETA for delivery was 12:01. When I “tracked” the order, it said my order was returned to Subway at 12:12, the driver couldn't find my address. I contacted DoorDash and they were very helpful, trying to help me by talking to Subway, Subway never answered their phone. DoorDash couldn't do much because I ordered through the Subway app. Finally, the next day, Subway answered the phone and I explained the reason for the call.
I was told it’s not their fault and I can pick up the order (THE SAME SANDWICH) they made the day before! I don’t know where all that sandwich had been while the driver was out looking for my address!!! She said they would not make a new order and there would be no refund because I ordered online! Stated I could look online for a number for the corporate office and told me goodbye. I can not believe how HORRIBLE the customer service is!!!!!

I must say that the team at the Subway at Fairmont University we're very professional despite me flipping out and being very rude in terms of the inflation and used to cost $50 for four meals and it was $50 for three I do apologize publicly for my attitude and I do appreciate them handling things with respect

It's not a great amount of meat if don't add the fixings It's bread and bit of meat unless you order extra meat I do like the broccoli soup.
I think I got someone new today.
She started doing her own thing. I had to coach her on how to do my sandwich.
On top of that. I was charged wrong.
I had to argue With her to toast my bread. Pregnant women can’t have cold meat.

I observed both employees handle money and ring up customer and didn’t even wash their hands before going back to the line to put in clean gloves. They just skipped the hand wash and grabbed another set of gloves and continued making subs.

I will never come here again, I had started eating back here after awhile and ordered take out on the app , I forgot to change my number and anyways before that I put my order in and paid next it tells me what time it will be ready , then the time comes and it says it ready I go to the store to pick up and it’s not ready at all , she told me she tried to call the old number I had on file and was like nobody answered and assumed it was a scam who put the order in so my order was not ready at all so then I had to wait even more for my food to be made , I finally get my food then she says it’s a small drink but I said I got a deal for a dollar any size drink so she checks the receipt and then finally says yeah okay it is a large drink , I then get my drink and the atmosphere or by the drink station is dirty ! I get to my car and start to eat some of it , and also got cookies and then I find hair in the cookies and they tasted so old and hard !!!!! Very unprofessional, dirty , they did not care I will NEVER eat here again .

Today I was upset by the bad service I just received in 12/10/23. It makes no sense but I was waiting in line and the lady at the counter said "I'll take the next to people behind you first." I couldn't understand why. I had was waiting in line and was next to be served. I was clearly a paying customer and was next in line. I walked out feeling frustrated. Perhaps there needs to be more training or management needs to have a discussion with their staff about what is considered good customer service and what is not. I have always been a good customer to them. I don't understand.

I hate to make reviews but as someone who is pregnant and very upset about my experience here I need to let someone above know. The costumer service is terrible here. My husband went to pick up my order and accidentally dropped both sodas on floor, the employees gave him a hard time saying he did it on purpose. Imagine being in his shoes, he was completely embarrassed and got anxiety, so he got the bottle sodas. They made a big deal and on the phone when I called later she told me he was being rude when that was not the case. But that wasn’t the issue, My pickup order was made incorrect had to drive 20 minutes back to not even get my full refund but for one sandwich. I feel it was a huge waste of my time especially pregnant and not being able to eat what I want. My experience here could have went well if not for the manager girl and sandwich artist lady. I was hung up on and that is the only reason I came back for my refund. It made my day horrible and I hope you train your employees to be more mature when handling upset customers. It is inappropriate to grab merch, slam it around, laugh in their face, and gossip about them right in front of them with other employees. I hope this establishment gets the refresher they need, it doesn’t take much to provide great customer service and let the customer walk out with a smile. GET IT TOGETHER. Also what manager goes to the back (on the phone with GM) with full register wide open and other employee making sandwiches. That’s a big NO NO. I am happy to say your employees have ruined my experience with subway and I know you don’t care but I will not be coming back.
