Had a Turkey sandwich on Italian Herb and cheese. This was after volunteering for ComicCon. We were exhausted. The server was a young lady who assisted me and my son. She was on her own, was very efficient, nice helping us and other customers who came in all at once. Made us feel welcomed. So we dined in.

I’ve worked food/retail for the majority of the time that I have been working (7+years). I’ve had absolutely horrendous customers, so I get it. But I said please and thank you after every interaction I had with the person serving me and I didn’t get treated very politely back. :

We visited on a Sunday morning at 8:50 am. There was one single employee trying to fill online orders, handle the walk-ins, answer the phone, and basically do everything. I think her name was Maria?
