I've been going to Subway for 25 years and this by far the worst one I ever been to. They don't have pepper. Just salt and pepper never experienced this before
.........The employee was rude and I feel she discriminated against me because I dared to ask and took the guy behind me even though I had not paid.
Since I am watching my sodium I should have walked out and left the food on the counter. Then when I went to pay she did not give me a receipt just left it on the printer for me to get it myself. If the owner wants to know why they have no business just look at the reviews

Ordered through the app at 8:10PM. Got there at 08:34PM and the employee was already closing down the store, 26 mins before the closing time. My order was cancelled and drove there for nothing. If you’re going to close at 8:30PM, advertise it as 8:30PM so you aren’t wasting people’s time.

I used to come here often. I will most likely not go to this location again due to their scanner being broken. This means that you cannot use gift cards or redeem points. The lady working was unhelpful and claimed that she had no idea what to do. I would think that employees would get trained in alternative payment method practices.

Made an in-app order. Came in to pick up my order but there was someone in line so I waited. The cashier acknowledged me but had still yet to receive my order and let me know that there were absolutely NO VEGETABLES left. I looked and saw about 5 floating pickles, nothing else. Even the cashier was borrowed from another store. Since he hadn't received my order, I couldn't get a paper receipt. I emailed Subway and still have not received a response for 2 weeks. The store phone number doesn't work and I have never seen the manager. NO SANDWICH, NO REFUND, NO COMMUNICATION.

Seems like your a bother that you come in to get a sandwich. They short you on the food you ask for double and they add 1 extra piece but yet charge you for more…

Ordered from here online and have yet to receive my order. Why is it taking an hour for me to receive it? I also would like to add that the phone number here doesn’t work at all. Unbelievable.

Bathroom is always “out of service”

this place gave me food poisoning, I doubt any of their meat is fresh or even cooked properly, and the food looked stale from the sandwich building area.

Service was fair. No complaints. It was a door dash order for pick-up.

Minorities shouldn’t have to be subject to unfairness you see in the white neighborhoods. There’s always a bathroom available. You see the white neighborhoods nothing’s locked up in the minority neighborhoods. Everything’s locked up there’s no restrooms it’s abusive, and I think that the minority neighborhood has gotten used to the abuse, but it’s not OK. You deserve equal treatment just like the white neighborhoods.
