Minorities shouldn’t have to be subject to unfairness you see in the white neighborhoods. There’s always a bathroom available. You see the white neighborhoods nothing’s locked up in the minority neighborhoods. Everything’s locked up there’s no restrooms it’s abusive, and I think that the minority neighborhood has gotten used to the abuse, but it’s not OK. You deserve equal treatment just like the white neighborhoods.
The gentleman named mario had excellent customer service, I asked if he could turn down the volume of the stores music and he turned it down just for the manager to come and turn it up seconds later. You guys need to treat your employees and customers better or higher better managers/supervisors.

Workers are lazy, ordered curbside over the app, waited 15 min before I finally went in to get it and it was sitting on the counter. My sandwich was missing the things I paid extra for. Just trash location

This location is consistently out of several different materials. Today they only had 2/5 bread selections, no Siracha, and one cookie. Previously they had no tuna, 1-2 breads, and no Siracha.
The staff does great with what they have, but the management leaves they out to pasture.
Parking: Tons of space, with some spots taken up with stored cars.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp to the curb, and the entrance is level with the sidewalk.

Terrible service, only one employee to do everything, it's ridiculous. More than 40 minutes waiting for a sandwich. The owners of the place should put more staff or close their business if they don't care.

Today I visited this location and what a total disaster. They didn’t have anything steak ran out of bread, etc.. we were having some difficulties with payment, and worker was being very rude, and had an argument with me because she said we were taking so long in the line. She should NOT be working here and I will be contacting corporate. She has 0 skills on custom service .

This day March 17th at 4:48 pmWe all know that the world is different now because of covid. Nobody's outside as much, and it's almost a ghost town on the weekends. In other words, business is slow. But not so slow that you don't have your main staples to make the sandwiches that keep your company going.- no lettuce?- no olives?- no jalapeno cheddar bread?- no wheat bread?How?You even left your very kind sandwhich artist out to dry, because she was the only one there who was going to have to deal with 'that one customer', who's going to yell at her, like its her fault the store is not stocked.I made it a point to go to Subway that day, because i usually get my sandwhiches from Vons now...lets be honest, its a better quality.Looks like if it aint broke, i shouldnt be trying to fix it....and stop trying to be like that Jersey guy, with your new pre-made sandwhiches. I'll tell you what i want on my sandwhich. Cant even get a regular roast beef sandwhich, for a decent price.

I ordered A ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, oil, salt, and pepper! I received a dry piece of bread with lettuce and tomatoes, salt, and pepper on it! It does not take a high school diploma to make a sandwich. Clearly someone either does not know how to read or they don’t have the skills to make a sandwich. It’s ridiculous higher people who can follow instruction and read the order. I’m getting my money back, but it was definitely a waste of my time. This is one of the worst subways I’ve had the displeasure of having to go in! DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION

Made it very easy for these people I did an online order via the app I ordered my meal and 2 cookies you would think people would have common sense and courtesy if they are out of a specific cookie let them know and ask for a substitute or give them their money back!Absolutely ridiculous I called multiple times to see what happened and they NEVER picked up. I had to message corporate and I am still waiting for a response my poor nephew has to go all the way back for the cookies and even then they didn’t have the ones we wanted absolutely terrible for that they should have comped us our meal or gives us the money back and free cookies.Do not come here!!

The only one star review I'll probably ever write.
The worst fast food I have ever experienced.
1) Out of almost everything at 6pm
2) Debit card payments were tap only
3) the chicken I got toasted was still partially frozen
4) soda machine was not working
If you own this location, you should be embarrassed.
