We ran in tonight to grab some dinner, I haven’t been to a subway in quite some time. The young man, Ethan, was helpful and did a good job making our sandwiches. The Philly is so good! And the footlong cookie was perfectly crispy and soft! I will definitely be returning.

I'd give ZERO Sstars!! I spoke with someone who shouldn't be allowed on the phone! He's got the worst customer service! He is "Vahiv" Sydney! He's HORRIBLE! THEY GOT MY ORDER ALL WRONG! OVER $12 FOR A SANDWICH AND CAN'T EVEN GET WHAT I WANT. When I called, he said the manager wouldn't call me back! UNBELIEVABLE! HE'D BE FIRED IN A HEARTBEAT! ALONG WITH THE MGR THAT WILL NOT MAKE THE TIME TO DO AMYTHING FOR THEIR U HAPPY CUSTOMERS!
Got my online order wrong for the umpteenth time (wrong condiments on my sandwiches) and did not ask me if I was there for pickup when I walked inside the store and stood by the cash register, which is pretty much right next to where pickup orders are placed. (The teen working there decided to start and take care of a person-in-line’s order before ever asking me). Heck, he finished making my sandwiches 20-or-so minutes after the app said they were done even though there was only one other customer inside the store (no other online orders anywhere to be found). Not coming back here again.

Ordered online for a quick pick up and lunch between my meetings. Sandwich was made wrong and also did not include extra meat and avocado I paid extra. Ate half as it’s all I had to eat and threw the other half away as it as not what I ordered and not good. Called subway to let them know, they said sorry but would not correct the error. Emailed subway and the restaurant, they acknowledged they made it wrong and that their customer service was sub-par (literally in writing, thanks Kevin) they also refused to make a new one the right way or provide a refund or partial refund. My family no longer eats at this location ever. So if they don’t make it right the first time just prepare to eat it that way.
Eat fresh...wish they bring back seafood sub...

Horrible, horrible sandwich. Young-ish male made me a TWELVE-INCH Meatball sub... except there was only TWO meatballs inside the EXTRA-SOGGY SAUCE-LOADED sandwich. My wife questioned him about WHERE the meatballs were and he insisted they were underneath the "sauce". (SEE PIC) ZERO Quality. ZERO HONESTY. DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP.
Far superior to past Subway menu not just assembly line food. Plentiful & tasty!!!

I'm giving 2 stars because the young man there was working hard, and he was alone this is my second visit at this location the 1st time it was me and my family, and I noticed then that my bread was not all the way done, it tasted horrible, and today I visit again because I was in the area, and forgot about my last visit, once again the bread was not done I won't be back.
Maintained very well and friendly stop
Placed an order online for a sandwich wrap. The online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Kind of long for a wrap, but no big deal. After 20 minutes I was notified that my order was ready. I showed up to the shop, and they aren't doing any business. I'm the only one there. I ask about my order and I'm told my order wasn't ready. In fact, it wasn't even started. Apparently they didn't hear the order come in? So I simply browsed my phone and waited around for them to make my wrap. Upon getting back home and taking out the wrap I find that it's poorly folded in the shape of a square (see picture). Really? We couldn't even get that part right? With all the places that make burritos around here, subway is apparently the only place that doesn't know how to fold a tortilla around food. I'll spend my money somewhere else from now on.
Fresh sandwiches and so glad they're open during pandemic.
