Ivan, the only employee at the store while I was there, was great. Friendly, greeted everyone that came in, and apologized for the subtle wait a few people had. Online orders were flying in, but he prioritized people who had been waiting a long time in person. It’s rare that happens these days. He checked in on if my sandwich was good while I was grabbing a refill. Things like that are important to any good experience!

They don’t give out napkins
I’ve been to the store like 3 times already and I think only today I felt treated with respect and kindness by Madyson, she was so great I only want to come back on Sundays now.
This other 2 guys that work on the weeks days are races and would let me wait for a long time. Luckily I only saw them once but wasn’t planning on coming back! But now I’m only going on a Sunday 🫰🏽

Did an online order for a protein bowl. Seriously? You put the cheese on top of all the cold toppings instead of the meatballs so it can melt? Didn't put parmesan like I asked for. PAID for extra cheese they only put 2 slices. Can these young people not read? Smh. They don't care how they make your order. Subway off black mountain road actually cares and makes it delicious.
First time ordering here at this store. I was picking up my sandwich, ask politely with Sydney if I can get some ice. While I get ice my bottle fell to the floor and i told her I’m very sorry make mess and offer to clean up!!! She was rushing me just to get ice and she is a racis and make stupid comments when I ask her. She just blew me off!!!!
We ran in tonight to grab some dinner, I haven’t been to a subway in quite some time. The young man, Ethan, was helpful and did a good job making our sandwiches. The Philly is so good! And the footlong cookie was perfectly crispy and soft! I will definitely be returning.

I'd give ZERO Sstars!! I spoke with someone who shouldn't be allowed on the phone! He's got the worst customer service! He is "Vahiv" Sydney! He's HORRIBLE! THEY GOT MY ORDER ALL WRONG! OVER $12 FOR A SANDWICH AND CAN'T EVEN GET WHAT I WANT. When I called, he said the manager wouldn't call me back! UNBELIEVABLE! HE'D BE FIRED IN A HEARTBEAT! ALONG WITH THE MGR THAT WILL NOT MAKE THE TIME TO DO AMYTHING FOR THEIR U HAPPY CUSTOMERS!
Got my online order wrong for the umpteenth time (wrong condiments on my sandwiches) and did not ask me if I was there for pickup when I walked inside the store and stood by the cash register, which is pretty much right next to where pickup orders are placed. (The teen working there decided to start and take care of a person-in-line’s order before ever asking me). Heck, he finished making my sandwiches 20-or-so minutes after the app said they were done even though there was only one other customer inside the store (no other online orders anywhere to be found). Not coming back here again.

Ordered online for a quick pick up and lunch between my meetings. Sandwich was made wrong and also did not include extra meat and avocado I paid extra. Ate half as it’s all I had to eat and threw the other half away as it as not what I ordered and not good. Called subway to let them know, they said sorry but would not correct the error. Emailed subway and the restaurant, they acknowledged they made it wrong and that their customer service was sub-par (literally in writing, thanks Kevin) they also refused to make a new one the right way or provide a refund or partial refund. My family no longer eats at this location ever. So if they don’t make it right the first time just prepare to eat it that way.
