Always great specially the gym
My child was charged $19.13 for a single footlong. The transaction appears as “Store” on the credit card statement, meaning I won’t even earn any cashback rewards from my bank since it’s not recognized as a Subway purchase.

I don't know why I'm saying anything because there's nothing but bad reviews so they obviously don't care but the food and staff are garbage. My bread was hard and chewy from yesterday probably. And I don't need to hear staff arguing with each or arguing with another customer about coupons. I can't believe I paid $8 for that experience

More than half of the time I place an order when they have a promotion at the San Diego 92127 Dove Canyon location, the order is cancelled because they don’t have my ingredients. They are either the worst stocked store or they don’t want to honor the promotion. Doesn’t matter the time of day or the sandwich I order. Wastes my time and I am done even trying.
Sarah was really friendly and polite and made my order to perfection. The restaurant is pretty clean, and the food looks great.

Absolutely horrible! You wait between 15-30 min if there’s more than 2-3 people in line because there’s only 1 person making sandwiches and handling register. The bread is always dry and why do they charge double for extra meat when they only put 1 thin layer of meat in general.

Seen some crazy stuff at this subway, brown lettuce, cinderblock bread, orange mustard, they act like extra meat comes out of their paycheck, 16$ for a sandwich that was originally 5$ not too long ago is a stretch, 95% of the time there’s only 1 worker between register and the line so that sucks, workers are always nice. At the end of the day you might as well take a seat and watch some Netflix if there is more than 2 people in line.

No Custumer wants to wait 10-15 minutes for a sandwich. They prioritize online orders , while the customer that is there in person is waiting for them to finish 20 sandwiches. Many customers just walk out after a while.
If you can fix your custumer service, just shut it down. Love Subway , but I would rather have you close down , than get frustrated each time I want to have a sandwich.
Waited patiently thru Covid , but this has not changed in 5 years .
Fix your issues or sell it to someone that cares.

The toaster oven was not working, veggies were soggy and bad. The experience was not good after eating, to say the least. Wouldn't go there again.
