This location makes the subs a little better than the other places that I've been to.
Very clean place.
Accepts almost always the app deals.
The two ladies are very fast.
That's why I drive a little extra to get to this location.
There was a language barrier and I asked two times how much the footlong cost the lady never answered me so we just ordered and was shocked at the price.. you know there was a combo special.. pretty disappointed but we didn't say anything
Very disappointing. I recently have noticed the lack of customer service and care on two encounters now. Unfortunately will not be stopping for lunch anytime soon
I’m a regular customer to subway stores this particular one ☝️…
every time been out of stock on cheese, veggies or bread 🥖.
Also doesn’t accept $100 dollar bills 💸 I been here from time to time and always have something missing.
If they don’t want to get pay on larger bills they should just put a note saying that they don’t accept large bills as payment.
Also cashier barely understands the language.
Frustration is their goal here?…
I’m not sure which was sadder, this Subway or the cremation services next door.
The chip shelves only had 3 different flavors of chips. Zero Miss Vickie’s chips. Barely any cookies. The beverage fridge was more than half empty. They only had 2 types of breads. The protein had to be replaced from an online order. Low stock happens for some items sometimes, that’s okay. This was just sad.
Friendly service with a 😃

Did an online order and they completely messed it up from missing veggies to adding random veggies even the sauce was incorrect. I asked for a toasted and they didn’t toast it. If you do an online order check your before you leave or order in store

Does anyone know how to reach out to management for this location.
Lost some keys 9/4 can't get any help from staff
Dont bother with this location, we work at Audi next door and it always is out of simple ingredients, weeks with no turkey or ham. Today no lettuce or mayo. Just a joke of a location. Dont waste your time or money

I have never felt the urge to write a bad review about a place but this feels necessary. I just had the worst experience at this location. I am usually pretty understanding but this was comically bad.
I ordered The Outlaw, which is just a steak and pepper jack sandwich with green pepper, onion, and baja chipotle sauce. I get this sandwich any time I go to Subway.
When I ordered, the employee failed to mention that they were literally out of every single thing that went on that sandwich aside from the meat and cheese. There were about 3 slivers of green pepper left, so the worker put those on my sandwich and then substituted the green pepper with jalapenos? He did not ask me if this was okay and just did it without saying anything. Then he asked if I wanted to substitute anything for the onion, which I had no idea the onion was out. I said it was okay, but then asked for extra baja chipotle sauce on my sandwich. Then he told me they were out of baja chipotle.
Totally understand that it was just his job to make the sandwich and that being out of all the ingredients wasn't really his fault, but he failed to mention before making my sandwich that they were literally out of everything that went on the sandwich. I would have ordered something completely different if I would have known this, but he made my sandwich already and mentioned nothing about being out of anything.
I still paid full price for the sandwich and was pretty disappointed. To top this off, they had no cups to get a drink.

Went in and had some food. I’m not complaining about the food but the service. Went in there and the tables were super messy, but there are a lot of people who are messy eaters so that’s understandable. My issue is that there was only one guy eating while there were a minefield of crumbs all over the table. Once I got my sandwich the guy making my food said there were no fountain drinks so that’s wonderful. Worst of all was when I asked I said that every table was messy and if it could be cleaned up, HE HANDED OVER A BUCKET OF WATER AND A RAG ?. Like are you serious? I come back from work and now as a customer I’m expected to clean the tables and do his job? I’m actually so surprised bro couldn’t just spend 10 seconds to clean a single table.

Waited for 10 minutes just for someone to show up, never did. Maybe they were in the restroom but I definitely am not willing to wait with the food for someone to take my order.

Last night on 04/07, I had the absolute worst experience at a Subway restaurant. I placed an online order for dine in with the intention to sit with my two small children and husband for a moment. We had just driven 6 hours in the car and were looking forward to a quick break. When we entered the restaurant it was approximately 7:00pm. The restaurant was listed as closing at 8:00pm. The only employee was a young woman whose name I’m not she of because she wouldn’t tell me. She informed me that they were out of tuna and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said no, that we could choose a different sandwich. While making our sandwiches, she informed me that she needed to clean the restaurant and we couldn’t stay long to eat. I said that we needed a short break and wanted to eat quickly in the restaurant. I said she could pack our food to go and we’d try to be quick. After making our sandwiches and packing them, she told me that actually we couldn’t stay because I had small children and it was a hazard and we had to leave the restaurant. I was really shocked since I had never experienced being kicked out of any establishment an hour prior to closing. I told the employee I didn’t think she could just kick us out and I was very calm and respectful in my tone. Her reaction was quite aggressive and she elevated her tone and made facial expressions indicating she was very agitated. She informed me she was the manager and she could kick whoever out if she wanted to. I asked her for her name and she didn’t tell me, she told me to look at her name badge on her hat, wow. Another customer walked in and she proceeded to talk about me to this customer and they shared some laughs. I was so bothered by her behavior that I had to stay to let her know she was incredibly rude. I let her know I’ve worked in the food industry and I understand that she wants to leave on time. I explained we could’ve had a simple conversation in which we both could’ve respected each other’s time, but she wasn’t interested in hearing me. At this point she threatened to call the police on me. I left very calmly at which point she locked the door. We ended up eating in our car outside of the restaurant. I just couldn’t believe all of that had happened because we wanted to sit to eat with our two small children. I feel that the human connection was lacking in this employee and that her sense of judgment was completely off. I respect all workers but I felt completely disrespected and threatened by her aggressive demeanor. It was a terrible experience and really left me wondering how this even happened. I’m hoping Subway filmed this interaction so they can train employees on how not to behave with their valued customers.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly. The employee working had no compassion or understanding for children.
