Ordered online from this subway 2 different days and both times they simply just took our money and refused to make our food. Both times the employees decided to close the store several hours early rather than wait till their actual closing time. When we ordered food through door dash, the employee accepted our order and then closed up the store immediately after accepting it. Our food was never made and when we tried to reach out to the store, the employee ignored the phone calls and put on his headphones. When we tried knocking he noticed and went to the back to avoid interacting with us. If i could give this subway 0 stars i would.

The team of employees including the manager are rude and not responsible for their mistakes. They mock their customers and get their orders mixed up, allowing people who don't even pay for the orders to pick up. Leaving the ones who aid on line with no replacement Shame on this establishment, Maria the manager is responsible for these horrible errors!

Use to eat at Subway 1-2 times a week. Decided to try Firehouse. Today went back to Subway as I missed it, ordered a meat ball sub. They might as well have put the trash on the bread. Meatball is no longer in the sauce, ahd to microwave the rock meat ball, add the sauce, and when i got back to the office, it was a hot mess, hard meat ball (if even a meat ball) and overall horrible. Now I know why the other sub shots (Mikes, Firehouse, and Jersey Mikes (to expensive) are killing it. This place has gone not only down, but they are basement dwellers. Cannot even call it a sandwich, thank goodness the chips come in a pre sealed bag. What happened to this business. 10 to 0.

When I visited, the sandwich artist was very busy. She handled the customers very effeciently. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Lily.

The manager Monica went out of her way and gave us Great Customer Service. I ordered 10 party platters. I Loved the fact that she did not hesitate when I asked if she would individually wrap the sandwiches due to pandemic. Monica was so helpful and with a good vibe. Thank you for your kindness and for the willing to achieve my request. Looking forward on continuing my business at this location in the future. Thank you. You so well deserve my time to express my gratitude.

This is the first review I've written for a Subway but I have to say, like another reviewer I saw here, I'm not sure why this location has such low reviews. The manager (unfortunately I don't know his name) and staff are so friendly every time I've gone in. My order may not change from Subway to Subway, but my experience does and I had to rate this location because I've always had a great experience here.This Subway always has fresh ingredients, they are stocked well in terms of toppings and chips, and they've got a touch screen soda machine with tons of options.I completely understand that a bad experience often prompts an immediate review whereas I don't necessarily always think about reviewing a place that I go to all the time. Just wanted show a little love to this location and say THANK you for a great Subway experience.

I ordered online stated it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there to pick up my food and had to wait 30 more minutes and they only had wheat bread. I have a bad experience at every Subway and keep shunning the place don't think I will ever be back. Jersey Mike's is definitely a Sub above this organization.

Ordered 3 footlong subs1. It took 30 mins to finish making the sandwiches (not busy time)2. None of them were toasted enough. Bread and meat were still cold3. 2 of the 3 footlong a were chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. However no bacon was added to either of them. Basically paid premium price for nothing.4. During the wrapping process, the worker must've dropped all the veggies I ordered (I did not see) as I ended up with just meat and bread sandwiches when I opened it up. 5. The wrapping was so poor the sandwiches were falling out in the bag6. No distinctions of the type of sandwich on the wrapping. They need better employee training. It was obvious the guy did not know what he was doing. How hard is it to make sandwiches anyways?Not returning to this subway for some time.

I don't eat here often, but have never had a problem when I do. My fave is the tuna sub. I appreciate how hard it is to do this job and deal with the public, especially during Covid times. Not easy and not fun. The kids working the counter are doing their best.

This subway doesn't have anything. They don't have avacado or honey wheat bread. There machine for ice tea was out too. I won't be back to the location
