I had put in an online order ahead and arrived 10 min later but my order had not even been started despite no other customers in the store. I watched the employee add oil to my sandwich when i had not requested it, and she stared at me but continued working and did not acknowledge her mistake. I had also ordered a pepperoni and cheese dipper which is $4, but was instead given a $3 pretzel instead with no communication whether the new menu item was unavailable or not. She did not ask if the pretzel is an ok substitution or let me know beforehand at all. I simply left as to not hold up the line 4 people building up.

Very annoying rude Soul. I ordered while I was in the parking lot. Hit submit walk in the store my sandwich is being made. I ask soul the who is making my sandwich. If I can get it toasted. Rudely reply IT ALREADY MADE. Rude attitude needs to stay out of the shop. You're being rude to customer they will be rude to you back. Take it easy Soul! Not every customer are bad people. Rude Employee!

Very rude employee. Almost looks like she didnt' want to work there. Tried to order a to go. When I said "give me a second," she literally "ROLLED HER EYES" and said "Oh my god" in front of my face. When paying, she even made fun of my name. Went around 0440 pm on 2/16/2024. Manager needs to discuss her attitude with her.

Very rude employees!!! They ruined my sandwich by burning the bread and said it was NORMAL!!!! I bought a sandwich for my child and they made me a burnt sandwich!!!!! They said they wouldn't remake it!!!! She just threw it in the trash!!! Never had this happen at any Subway!!! Horrible!!!

Sandwiches used to be good here, but the quality has gone down recently. They get the order wrong frequently and the ones they do get right do not taste good. I guess trying to cut costs too much will do that.

Their phone lines are down and the guy inside made it perfectly clear he wasn't interested in that being a business concern he was dressed as a manager of some sort. Trash location.
