Very rude employee. Almost looks like she didnt' want to work there. Tried to order a to go. When I said "give me a second," she literally "ROLLED HER EYES" and said "Oh my god" in front of my face. When paying, she even made fun of my name. Went around 0440 pm on 2/16/2024. Manager needs to discuss her attitude with her.

I stopped by this subway last Friday to get my favorite sandwich (whole wheat foot long with tuna, spinach, tomato, red onion, 2x the pickle, honey mustard and sweet onion sauce). before work. The app was not working properly so I asked for help . The guy at the counter was very rude and disrespectful to me he said "we've been taking orders all day through the app and if you can't do it I don't know what to tell you." I said "what's your name"? He said "Saul". I stayed for about 10 minutes trying to order through the app and left... I went to the doughnut shop a few doors down and went back to Subway because I really wanted my sandwich. Saul said "you again?" I said "you can't help me?" He ignored me. I walked out and slammed the door. The security guard came up and said "is everything ok?" I said "the guy in Subway is a d!ck".The security guard said" I know, I've been writing this guy up for 3 weeks now." I opened the door and said "Saul check your review later today." He came outside and said "your an a$$h0le. I said to the security guard "did you hear that?" I got heated and set my coffee and doughnuts on the ground and was going to kick Sauls a$$. The security guard put his hand on my chest and said "don't do it bro your gonna get yourself an assault charge." I said "this is a Subway employee." I've been eating at subway every other Friday for 15 years. Saul came back outside and said "I'm trying to work and your being an a$$hole". I got mad all over again. The supervisor came out and said "I don't want trouble can you just leave?" The security guard told her "control your employee." I said "if I ever see you again I'm gonna whoop your a$$." the security guard walked me to my car and I left. If the security wasn't there Saul would have had his a$$ whooped and I would have happily went to jail. I called corporate the next day and they referred me to cater ordering. (twice)... I went to corporate that Monday in Kearney Mesa and no one wanted to help me. I left a complaint on the corporate site out of state and still no response. If Saul doesn't get fired, Subway will be paying his medical bills because someone is gonna really hurt that dude. I will no longer be going to subway ever again... Plus Jersey Mike's #16 is way better than anything on Subways menu. Fk Subway!! With no grease!!!!

Very rude employees!!! They ruined my sandwich by burning the bread and said it was NORMAL!!!! I bought a sandwich for my child and they made me a burnt sandwich!!!!! They said they wouldn't remake it!!!! She just threw it in the trash!!! Never had this happen at any Subway!!! Horrible!!!

Sandwiches used to be good here, but the quality has gone down recently. They get the order wrong frequently and the ones they do get right do not taste good. I guess trying to cut costs too much will do that.

We went here with kids, bad idea. The place is a tiny hot mess of anger. Lady served us had the patience of a peanut and was less than kind when I mistakenly asked if the white cheese was Swiss (there were four white cheeses - no damn labels). Different lady rung me up and I asked who the manager was - turns out it was Ms. Cranky Pants! Yup, I made a quick exit. I'm no Karen and this was one of those times where if she had yelled at my kids, I would have yelled right back!!! Highly recommend avoiding this place.

I get my sandwiches regularly from this location and the sandwiches always taste good and fresh! Staff is friendly and accommodating . Definitely recommend this location if in the area.

We did a group order for the office. Yash was extremely helpful. He gave us a few options to satisfy our very complicated group. The food was delicious and made to order. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were very filling. The restaurant was clean and we were overall very happy with our experience. We look forward to our next lunch order !
Their phone lines are down and the guy inside made it perfectly clear he wasn't interested in that being a business concern he was dressed as a manager of some sort. Trash location.

The portions... Everyone is complaining about the portions... and they're 100% right. It's absolutely ridiculous. Each sandwich has half the portions they're supposed to. I've gotten probably a dozen sandwiches from this place and it's always the worst I'm surprised nothing has been done about it by now. Do the employees think that the cost of ingredients will come out of their paycheck? Here is a picture of mine. The Philly. You may think I'm hiding the steak underneath the other toppings. I'm not. This was the most visible I could get all the steak. Seriously. It's awful at this location.
