I ordered on the app yesterday for this Subway on Navajo, and I ended up regretting it. There are numerous issues that I have with the way the app functions, and the gentleman who apparently made my sandwich didn't do it as instructed. This was very disappointing. And not a warm and fuzzy feeling when I walked in either.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and while most of my experiences have been fine, the times I’ve had Norma as a server have been extremely unpleasant. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand how challenging the job can be, but the way she has treated me and my girlfriend was unacceptable. She’s consistently snappy, comes across with an attitude, and makes the experience uncomfortable.

On July 30th at 6 pm I placed an online order since I was busy working. When I arrived to pick it up 20 minutes later (6:20 pm), it still wasn't prepared. I asked the associate about my order, and she informed me that she was still making it. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for it lost 10 minutes of my lunch break. My protein bowl has 5 pieces of chicken, 4 slices of cucumbers, 2 slices of tomato, small amount of lettuce, and couple pieces of red onions. I spent $14 on this protein bowl, and I won't be ordering from them again. I used to think Chipotle was worst.

Horrible ,the employee didnt give me mym9rder after i walked in grabbed items chips and drink for my customers order. Then she hands me the bag so press order recieved. She then says let me see the name . And number on order. Then wouldnt give me the food after i already showed her my phone. And helped her grab the order. Negative 5 stars this oerson needs to be fired.Try to call no, phine number exists. Dint trust thos place. Gross. Bacon was wet with water on it

My sandwiches are so sad, the bread is stale and they barely added any toppings. Not only that paid nearly 50 dollars for this.

I used to go to this subway on Navajo all the time and it was great a while back. But recently with the change of employees and over ripe bad tomatoes and cucumbers, which are two of my favorite in a sandwich, unfortunately I can't have those on my sandwich anymore. The employee argued with me that they were not bad that she just cut them this morning. Obviously she cut bad over riped tomatoes and didn't know the difference. I wasn't going to argue so I just decided NOT to have tomatoes and cucumbers in my sandwich which didn't make it the same.
The one on Lake Murray Boulevard is also the same. Bad tomatoes and cucumbers. Used to be one of my favorite places. But I will no longer be going to Subway.
I believe that when an employee treats you bad that's because the owner is usually the same OR IS ACCEPTABLE OF THEIR ACTIONS.
I hope the owner, if there in the morning, checks his tomatoes and cucumbers to make sure they are good before putting them out to be put in a sandwich, and if not throw them away!!! Please teach your employees better customer service.

Now I understand why everyone hates Subway, thats so shameful, today working were 2 hispanic women and they tried to scam us, We ordered 2 daily meals, and by an unknown reason i don’t know why our cook asked which bread? (But logically we should get that bread which is in the daily meal) (we didn’t know it) she charged us additionally 8 bucks for bacon (we haven’t got notified) and it was supposed to be 14.99 for our meal tax excluded but we almost pay 30$ because of bacon and bread etc. I hope those bad workers will be fired because it ruins the overall feeling, inside it’s super dirty.
i got my sandwich is was Tiny ,footlong with like One thin layer of meat not even to ends. THE DRINK FOUNTAIN WAS DISCUSTING TASTING COKE THAT WAS MIXED WITH I DUNNO WAT !!! TH8S PLACE IS SO CHEAP THEY MUST BE GO7NG OUT OF BUSINESS. WORST SUBWAY IVE EVER BEEN TO LADY HAD ATTOTUDE TOO. GOOD RIDDENS THERES A JERSEY MIKES RIGHT ACROSS STREET. LAME

New Dippen Sticks... on Comercial and ads, it looks to be almost the size of a sub sandwich... NOT, it's the size of a quarter. $3.00 for one small tasteless "STICK" .... ?

Spoke to Angelica today the Latin old lady there around 9am. Ella es mal educada. I was making a sandwich when she barely put any of the ingredients I asked for then wanted to charge me extra for adding more. I asked her roughly how much it’ll be and she was like a lot because of how much extra I added. It wasn’t toasted yet so then I let her know I rather not spend $20 on a 6inch sub, she was not understanding and said that I shouldn’t be buying food at all if I don’t have money which is true but for a 6inch???. She was upset and called me tonta which I replied back with. I can tell I surprised her, she was hoping I didn’t know Spanish so then I asked for her name to obviously report her. She’s uncivilized and shouldn’t be using our native tongue to insult customers.

Worst experience ever. Placed an online order and came to pick it up, and the lady standing there had given my order to someone else. Then she refused to remake my order even though I had proof of my purchase. Absolutely unreal. Stole my money.
