I read the reviews before ordering and just hoped for the best... what a mistake. Bread is horribly stale, didn't purchase a toasted sandwich but bread was so old and hard that crumbs were everywhere just from holding it. Will never go here again.

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed that was my first time in Subway. I was trying to try it out, but I’m never coming back to Subway because of this lady that wasn’t there she started yelling.

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. First off the worker was throwing bread away. They didn’t have any. When I said I wanted white bread there wasn’t any so I settled for wheat. When I asked for both of my sandwiches to be toasted he said “Do you want me to burn them?” In a sarcastic way. And then proceeded to say that I can make my own sandwich myself when I was never rude to him. This was Farouk the worker at subway. Had an attitude for no reason. Never coming back again. These people need to be fired. He proceeded to sneeze in the trash can and never washed his hands.
Horrible service from whatever worker was in there currently the bread on my sandwich was stale. I re-entered the store to ask him for a refund. He said the store doesn’t do refunds and that my bread was stale because I didn’t get it toasted. I’ve never had this issue before so to be told that it’s my fault that the bread is stale is ridiculous. Threw away my 6 inch sandwich right then in there and now I’m also out $10

Did a mobile order a little before 3 pm with pickup scheduled on the app for 3.15 pm. One hour later and they still haven't started on the order. It's just one guy working hard at the counter, trying to balance people coming into the store vs the online orders.
Subway overall has taken a beating and needs to get back the mojo.

Today I came 8/13/24 in at around 11:10and I asked the lady for a meal deal and I thought that it was okay and ask for the bread since that’s the first thing you do and instead I was told that the tuna was full priced if I wanted and I was shocked because I didn’t ask that and then when came back I told her I didn’t ask that and then she continued to say oh I’m just asking on what you wanted and then I told her I was asking for the bread and then she continued to tell me “are you mad mija are you mad” what kind of professionalism is that? I thought subway had more respect for their name but I guess they hire who ever they can get since all the workers are rude and disrespectful. And if the lady hated her job so much she needs to find a new one or be able to speak properly because I couldn’t understand her? Mind you she a grown woman talking to me like she my mother?

Today I went in and they only had one employee. She was making the online orders. 4 foot longs. I asked if I can just have mine done. Since its a simple one meal. She said no. That she is the only one and she has to do all those online orders first. It took me like 25 min to get out of there. I was on my lunch break. It sucked! The other person came from lunch and made my order in 4 min.
