Terrible customer service and the sandwiches are so skinny I felt like I got scammed paying full price
The people that work there are awesome warm and friendly the manager is amazingly friendly and engaging didn't know a Subway could be so nice.
Nothing to do with the staff there but why is Subway so darn expensive
Very mediocre experience. It's subway so you know what you get, but it's still just very middle of the road. Staff is carefree, and they make your food fast. You always know what to expect because consistency is one of the few good things about subway.
Typical Subway. A few minor issues... soft drink machine not working, said to go fill at another drink station. No lids or straws. The other lids don't fit Subway drink cups.

1st time using the subway app and someone came in and stole my order. The rep wouldn’t remake it for me , his co worker that gave my order to whoever came inwas not there when I came in. Had to place & pay for another order & reported it to my cc company. He wouldn’t give me his managers name ever. Deleting the app & never using it again
Worst costumer service ever. They treat costumers, specially the ones that they know are students, very poorly. One of the guys that works there who is maybe in his thirties is very rude and aggressive. His name is Daniel.
First of all, I’m a student at SDSU, and I ordered yesterday a tuna salad. The price was way to much about $10 for a small portion of vegetables plus two scoops of tuna. I did not add any extra stuff. The stuff always rude especially the big dude who is the cashier register. The taste is not good as it should be. I wish I ordered my salad from the next restaurant. Never go back to this subway again. You need to improve the correct amount of vegetables that in the salad and kind, nice employees.
Go to the College Sub shop on El Cajon Blvd. just East of College Ave.
Very poor service
Taste isn't quite as good as other Subway restaurants that I've been to, but they are very efficient a majority of the time, and the food still tastes good.

I SPENT 20MIN IN LINE FOR NOTHING. Systems went down with a line as long as 30 plus ppl and they decide to tell everyone individually, as they walk up to order, that they can't accept credit/debit. So I had to do everyone a favor and tell to the line they don't accept cards.
