Ordered online through the app but they wanted my ID in person, that litterally makes no sense. I placed the order through my phone, so I stole someone phone while they made an order I guess? I showed them the in-progress order on my app. They also did not follow instructions for the for my sandwich for extra ingredients. Terrible rule set up by the owner. This is the only online order I've ever made thats done this, stressing out their employees and customers for no reason. Clean space and good food.

Went here midday for lunch. The staff on site did a great job. The sandwich artist actually made the type of sandwich Subway used to be known for. (Not skimping on ingredients as most other locations do.) The bathroom and lobby is clean.

There’s a bearded guy in there that SKIMPS on vegetables. Doesn’t show any form of customer service and only perked up when another employee walked in for their shift. Not even a smile or anything from the get go. I just wanted to get my skimped sad sandwiches and to leave, vibes off.

Horrible Customer Service. Worker made me wait 5 minutes in the lobby myself because he was on his phone. When I finally was able to tell him what I wanted, he rationed my food because he did not want to do “food prep”. Was very rude, and customer service is out of the window apparently.
The owner or manager is just transphobic and flat out rude any and every time I go in here last time I went he just slopped everything on the sandwich and didn’t care. Tonight I go in there he says how can I help you. I proceed to prefer he says it’s going to be awhile and he is not sure when he will be done and they close at 9 it’s after 8. I will never go spend money here again.

So I came on a Sunday night! With my boys! And there's this older African American with a beard working there! As we walk he sees us walk in and you can tell he got mad about that! He ignored us and went to the back to put some stuff away! Then after a while of me standing there! (We were the only ones there) he says can I help you! You can tell this guy can't take it anymore and you can tell he hates it there! As we sit inside and eat he just goes outside and stands outside the door looking at traffic or I don't know what he's doing! Horrible Horrible service we will never come back here! We will go to the one next to our place! If you close at 9 why have stuff ready and put away at 7 pm!!!

Service is horrible. The man working there (Jerry i believe is his name) cant make it any more noticeable that he does not want to be there. Very rude and mumbles after asking him a question to where you cant understand what he says. Wont be going back.

I work at the clinic across the street & let me tell you , Everything about this place is horrible … I’m such a good person I still bought the food because they were working on it … but my experiences were horrible … there was an employee named Jerry (older black male ) who was extremely rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there … there was a younger gentle man there a while back who gave me excellent service but I can’t remember his name (younger black gentlemen) … since he hasn’t been there I try to not even go inside anymore … my last trip was the worst … tomatoes were frozen , and half my bread was molded … haven’t been back since smh if I could I’d give them half of a star :(
