After deciding never to come back over 5 years ago decided to try their pretzel. Horrible. Nothing but reheated stale bread, slathered in grease. Tasteless. Oh, and after I already paid, was told they were out of cheese. Never again.

This Subway's got a bad case of shrinkflation. Only got 4 pieces of roast beef on my footlong sub. ?
Took a detour to make my kid eat something on our way home from seaworld. Checked the times and made sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before closing time, but the very rude lady was sitting outside doing stuff with her phone and said they were closed. When I asked her why, since they were not supposed to be closed yet, she was even ruder and said she had already out everything away and was not going to open back just for me. She did not even apologized or at least tried to be nice.Worst subway EVER!

Their employee, Xochila, was extremely rude when crafting my sandwich. She half-hazardly threw my toppings on without even paying attention. I even asked her to please put more spinach on because I kid you not, there were 3 slices. She threw more on not even paying attention and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else, which I get it, working in food isn’t the best, I used to do it, but have some respect for your PAYING customers. When I asked about their sauce and what was in it do to allergies, she said “It’s a uh sweet onion teriyaki in it”? Like what the hell? Never coming back to this subway, she should be reprimanded.
