I’ve been coming here for the past few weeks and the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional.
All staff are extremely nice and respectful individuals, always greet you coming in, open to conversation, and having a great attitude.
Food as advertised is fresh and tastes amazing.
The place is always maintained and clean.
For the last few weeks I’ve been coming here I’ve had no problems with the service, with the staff, or even the atmosphere.

I asked for green lettuce, the attendant said that what I saw is what they had (yellowish) and that he did not have any other packages available for the day. I was there at around 2pm.

I had an awesome experience at this Subway location! The team Samira, Sanam, Jimmy, Aragon, and Matt were all incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and the ingredients were super fresh. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff here take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend this location!

This Subway has to be my favorite Subway for miles, Samira and Sanam are two of the most well mannered and welcoming people I’ve had the pleasure of being served by. The store is very clean and has a great vibe! The weekend warriors deserve a shout out too! Matt, Jim and Aragon are some of the best workers as well! The whole staff is amazing and will fill your bellies with the best sandwich you have ever had just the way you like it!

i came in this evening and was pleasantly surprised with the service and DELICIOUS sandwich i received, not sure her name but an older woman (supper nice and efficient) made my boyfriend and i's sandwich, now, my boyfriend and i visit various subways, as we are very loyal customers and have never received the quality we did tonight, thank you to this location for the incredible first impression i will definitely be returning, after having terrible, numerous experiences at the dennery location and incredibly terrible experiences at the broadway, costco location, this location has been come my favorite, right above h street across southwestern college🙏
Great establishment. Really clean really fast . Matt and jimmy always a great partnership. Always positive and very nice individuals. This has been the subway where I get the best service .

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted. The store was clean and well-organized, and I could tell the new management is really focused on providing a top-notch experience for customers.

I used a coupon here to get 2 footings for like $14 and lemme tell you this was the smallest footlong ever there was like nothing in it 👎🏼👎🏼 maybe they didn’t like that

They consistently get their DoorDash orders wrong. 3 of 3 times was not toasted no oil vinegar salt and pepper. Unmelted cheese stale bread. And if you ask for oil vinegar salt and pepper and it is left out , the sandwich tastes completely different. I tried calling them ahead of time right after placing a DoorDash order and their phone is disconnected or off the hook so no way to get ahold of them. I had my door dash driver ask them before he took the food and they said that they made it as ordered and it is good to go. You can clearly see the untoasted and unmelted cheese.

Stay away. The morning staff week make you the thinnest sub possible. Even if you ask for extras, they'll still skimp out on ingredients. The subway off Coronado is much better.
