Located right next to Petco Park in the gaslamp area. Open all night long. The footlong sandwiches are triple the price they used to be. my sandwich was skimpy as could be. I am disappointed in the amount of products and how light it was. Years ago the 5 dollar footlongs were 3 times as big as what I recently received.

They have a new manager now. So, some things have changed. One big thing to note: They no longer accept EBT after 7pm. Like, what? And why am I being charged tax when I use my EBT? It's like, now, i get charged extra every time i go here.ðŸ˜

The staff was really kind and they were working really hard. My problem with my experience was the automated ordering. They had kiosks that you're supposed to order at instead of just asking the human to make it the way you want. It has a terrible UI, and it ends up taking longer to order what you want than it ever took to to have the person make your sandwich - then you have to wait for them to make it!
I want it to be clear that the employees were great, but management has made a terrible, anti-human decision here. I'd bet that they're using this to justify lower wages for the (again, exceptional!) staff.

This is a great location if you're in downtown and are hungry they are 24 hours The owner is very nice They do have kiosk in case they do get busy at the counter. Also it's a short walk to Petco Park.

I’ve ordered doordash from here multiple times as I work overnight and it’s the only things really open. I’ve always had an issue with the food from here and tonight after eating my other half of the sandwhich ordered yesterday i found HAIRS. i’ve worked restaurants before and even retail and this disgusts me after not one but TWO. in my food. i have dark brown wavy hair and this peice was blonde and straight. I’m disgusted and will definitely be reaching out for compensation .
I always come to the subway several times a day I came around after midnight and was treated very horribly I ordered two of The deal of the Day meals and for $3 made them into a footlong the person that took my order was extremely rude threw the cookies at me refused to give me a receipt completely not acceptable. I wouldn't give them a one but a 0 I will like to speak to the manager about this Employee need to be fired ASAP

I will never be coming back here again out of all the times I’ve place food orders before my break I’ve never once rush staff because I understand however today I didn’t not feel welcome coming here to this location their was a manager working who had a every disrespectful attitude she got mad at me because I was putting soda in my personal cup after I’ve told her I will pay for a cup as long as I can still use my personal cup it’s not a problem paying for a cup she told me that I can’t drink out of my personal cup after I’ve paid she didn’t ask what size cup I wanted and charge me for a lager cup off the bat she was very rude doesn’t appreciate customer after I’ve told her I place orders for my food she told me no I don’t that I just get Coookis and chips witch even if I did she needs to be appreciate her customers shouldn’t matter what they buy she was putting her fingers in my hand being rude to me from the start when I started grabbing my drink after I’ve said I will pay for one
