Good service nice staff

I always come to the subway several times a day I came around after midnight and was treated very horribly I ordered two of The deal of the Day meals and for $3 made them into a footlong the person that took my order was extremely rude threw the cookies at me refused to give me a receipt completely not acceptable. I wouldn't give them a one but a 0 I will like to speak to the manager about this Employee need to be fired ASAP

I need to change something of my online order, so I called soon, but he didn’t catch.
I went here in 5 minutes, but he just only said I finished cooking.

I will never be coming back here again out of all the times I’ve place food orders before my break I’ve never once rush staff because I understand however today I didn’t not feel welcome coming here to this location their was a manager working who had a every disrespectful attitude she got mad at me because I was putting soda in my personal cup after I’ve told her I will pay for a cup as long as I can still use my personal cup it’s not a problem paying for a cup she told me that I can’t drink out of my personal cup after I’ve paid she didn’t ask what size cup I wanted and charge me for a lager cup off the bat she was very rude doesn’t appreciate customer after I’ve told her I place orders for my food she told me no I don’t that I just get Coookis and chips witch even if I did she needs to be appreciate her customers shouldn’t matter what they buy she was putting her fingers in my hand being rude to me from the start when I started grabbing my drink after I’ve said I will pay for one

I ordered two long tubes from Uber at 2 o'clock at night, but only one was delivered and the contents were different. First, I complained and told him to go back to Uber. However, I said I didn't know, so I gave it a rating of 1. First kill. When I arrived at the store and told them they were wrong, they started making only one without checking the contents, so I told them to look at the contents and they started making two, but they didn't seem to apologize, so I asked for more meat, but they ignored me from there. He had a bad attitude. In a similar case, Taco Bell etc. gave me about 20 fries.

Just stopped into grab some breakfast and said hello to Michelle she just looked at me and continued along with her business taking the cookies to the back. She didn't even let me know she'll be right with me. I stood there in disbelief and walked out.
Didn't even have chance to try the food.
Please train her on customer service.

The good:
They have some of the hardest working staff there. I hope they get paid well.
The bad: the don't sell just a cup of ice. Even on days when it's 93° outside.
The ugly: if you look like a transient, they will ask if u can pay before starting ur order.

My husband and I came here the other day, after waiting on the person in front of us to complete his order, when it was our turn to order the woman working there rudely asks us “are you going to order” but we were clearly in line just waiting for our turn.. she had an attitude the whole time when taking our orders 0/10 very bad vibes unfortunately

Reasonably typical Subway,clean and decent food, and reasonable prices for downtown. The server could barely speak English but this isn't unusual in San Diego. But a bit rough around with homeless wandering so not a good atmosphere or feeling.
