I went this morning with my coworker and I just asked the guy with glasses for a plate or container to share the sandwich , he told me the don’t have , they just have the salad container so he asked the rude lady that was working with him how much he had to charge me and she said the whole salad even though I just wanted the container , I thought she was gonna say charge him a soda or something but she wanted to charge me 13 for a single container. I’m not coming back, they need to improve their customer service

This place always ha only one person working so it takes forever to make sandwich’s and then ring customers up. Additionally, they’re super skimpy on ingredients and often don’t have ingredients. Feel bad for the workers, but clearly the owner is milking this place. Let a good food spot go in here if you’re not going to deliver.

Let me set the scene.

I walked into the Subway like a character entering the third act of an action movie — sweating, trembling, and operating on borrowed time. My stomach had begun a violent uprising, the kind that lets you know you have minutes, maybe seconds, before catastrophe strikes.

I pushed open the door with the urgency of a man sprinting away from an explosion. Customers were ordering calmly, blissfully unaware that in their midst stood someone fighting a primal battle for survival.

And then I locked eyes with him.

The Subway employee. My unexpected guardian angel.

He didn’t just greet me — he assessed me.
He recognized the wide, panicked eyes.
The clenched posture.
The silent, internal scream.

I barely managed to whisper, “Is there… a bathroom?”

He paused for a moment — dramatic, cinematic, like we were in the trailer of a blockbuster about intestinal peril. Then he nodded with the solemnity of a soldier preparing to guide a comrade through enemy fire.

In that moment, he became more than an employee.
He became my sherpa through the Himalayan slope of human desperation.

I tried unlocking the bathroom door and it was lock he threw the key with seconds to spare I felt as if time had slowed down as the key flew towards me then I was able to unlcok the door there a chamber glowing like a portal to safety. I swear I heard a choir.

I made it inside with seconds to spare.

What happened next is between me, gravity, and a higher power… but just know this: the man saved my dignity, my day, and possibly the structural integrity of my pants.

When I emerged, reborn, the employee gave a respectful nod — the kind veterans give each other.

Final Verdict:
This Subway doesn’t just make sandwiches.
It saves lives.
Five stars. Would almost-lose-control-again.

Almost took 1 hour for a 6 inch sandwich to be made on my app! Subway has gone downhill they have one poor kid working with a lot of customers! After this sandwich I will never go back and I am deleting the app! Subway management and corporate you guys suck!

I had a great experience at this Subway! Ana was the one who helped me, and she was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. She handled every customer with a smile and great attitude. The service was fast, the place was very clean, and the food looked really fresh. Thank you to Ana and the whole team for keeping such a nice and welcoming environment!

I usually have lunch here and everything was always great until I was disappointed. My sandwich was usually heated for 30 seconds, but this time they threw it in for 1 minute and my cheese just turned into mush. I asked to either add more cheese or make a new sandwich, to which I was told that they would do neither. I will not be having lunch here again.
