I called to see if they would honor the coupons they mailed me from work, so I could buy my coworkers lunch. I only called from all the negative feedback I read on the web. Little did I know subway sandwiches don't answer their phone. I paid full price for lunch to a privately owned sandwich shop that offered customer service. Treat me right I'll have your back. They don't offer a zero star for service or I would have marked it.

Of all the restaurants I've been to, this location has some of the most friendly and hardworking employees I've met. Every time I come here I'm greeted with a smile and a conversation. Keep up the great work!

The Subway sandwich makers at this location are the best! I eat subway all over the place because it's good food and it's consistent. I have worked near this location on MCAS Miramar for nay years and eat here often, and I have to say this location has some of the best representatives Subway has to offer. They are always greeting the patrons that eat here with a smile and a great attitude, even with the Covid mask rules...no matter how busy they are and they are fantastic with their service. Keep it up. you are an exemplary group of Sandwich makers!

(Both got extremely sick/ill) My wife purchased two Italian cold cut foot longs this past Monday,September 11th, at lunch time. Tuesday by 9:00 am we we're both vomiting and both had extreme dirrirea and stomach cramps. Just a heads up, wouldn't wish this on anyone !!!

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. First stage was watching a crabby metal faced punk kid use her fist to smash the bread that the knife didn't cut. Not even a smile while she did it. The bacon was two containers to her right. I received a cold response of she will help you, this was in reference to her co-worker that was busy on the back counter. Instead of teamwork she kept smashing sandwiches up in a pile, more and more disgruntled with each one. The gentleman behind me asked for his sandwich to be toated before she put the meatballs on. To my surprise she said sure looked at him and threw the meatballs on it anyways with the worlds most angry attitude. Eight customers were to much for them to handle I guess. Personally I am not sure if I would applaud the gentleman behind me for keeping his cool, or if I would have applauded him for grabbing her by the metal in her face and escorting her to her manager. This team seemed like they were all at each others throats and four people on a sandwich counter couldn't handle the workload of eight sandwiches. I will drive the extra couple blocks to go to the professional subway at the main exchange.

Day staff is great. However, the night staff, specifically the female with tattoos on her left forearm is terrible. Terrible attitude. As she was taking care of the only 3 of us in the restaurant, she threw all the sandwiches in a bunch, and we were left there, looking through the bags to figure out which was which. And she quickly returned to the back of the store, out of sight.
