Today the lady working was working alone .she was amazing I wish I remembered her name it was around 2pm.she was patient and respectful and so accommodating.she made it a great experience .

I live around here, so I've been to this Subway plenty of times, but no more, the staff if nice and friendly, but the portions and quality is way off for the price you have to pay. You lost my patronage Mr. Subway, too much money for too little and untasty.

terrible service ordered my food 30-35 minutes before heading towards the store and the food was not done , they left an employee alone on a weekend during busy hours not okay i blame management for the scheduling it took an hour to get 2 sandwiches done and he had a really long line focusing more on the in person customers with alot of mobile orders waiting as well

This is the worst place to eat and work at, they only have one person taking customers in the front and online orders, all employees work off the clock cuz otherwise they give a you break violation, the managers Silvia Orozco and Rosalba Torres are evil for this

I never leave reviews because I myself work in the restaurant industry so i try to be polite to others and understanding

But this has the be most unpleasant visit to my local subway 416 west san ysidro blvd ste M san ysidro 92173

When i come to subway i like to customize my sandwich and add extras (double meat) even if it costs more im willing to pay
I like to enjoy my food

Im a pregnant lady with cravings i asked for a tuna sandwich double bacon provolone and toasted

For veggies i was craving tons of jalapeƱos FRIDA said i was only able to get 6

Mind you i opted out of veggies only asked for lettuce cucumbers and tons of jalapeƱos
I offered to pay more and FRIDA the sandwich artist denied it and pull out the veggie formula sheet from behind the counter
with a disrespectful attitude

I have worked at subways before i know formulas, i know sandwiches but im also aware that if a guest requests more you can up-charge or ask a manager

Also a guest who is paying for double meat already wouldn’t mind paying additional for a side of jalapeƱos

Its ridiculous

Not only this but she had an attitude when i asked for extra jalapeƱos she threw the napkins at me and i returned them

I love subway i buy it often but this is terrible customer service especially for someone who is willing to pay extras

Maybe you need better training on the employees
Maybe she was having a bad morning but this is unacceptable

I purchased two sandwiches, 2 chips, extra meat, 2 cookies and large drink i was willing to pay to enjoy my meal

But this was simply unacceptable

At the end FRIDA had a disgusting attitude
And didnt even charge me properly she forgot extra meat she forgot bag of chips
So why did giving mw extra jalapeƱos matter if she still made the business lose money

When i asked for a complaint number or manager customer service email she denied

I ordered a foot long cookie and they gave me a churro. I went back to fix the mistake and ā€œFridaā€ (without a nametag) said they ran out and I had the option of regular cookies or the churro. I said both and she said no or I can go on the website and cancel my order after they had already charged me! Super bad service! Don’t go people!

The food here is always good. The employees here are very nice. Except on this particular day. While an employee was taking my order Rosalva, which seems to be a manager but very rude interrupted me without saying anything to me to scold the young man helping me. Then she proceeds to harras another young lady emplee. This person needs some serious training on how to speak to people.. Never coming back as long as she is here.

Called ahead of time because they're usually short on ingredients. They said they were fully stocked. I showed up 10 minutes later only to have more than half of the stuff empty. I told them that I just called and they said they had everything. They said they missed understood me. They might need to hire bilingual employees.

I have always eaten at Subway and this is a Subway that adds very few ingredients as if they were giving them to you! This is a Subway that I definitely do not recommend, does anyone know where I can file a complaint!
