Did a order online its says TOASTED we all know you tired and stuff but do something good at leats just put the bread 2 min on micro and thats it
My kid ordered online to wrong store. I tried calling because you can't cancel online for some reason. This location not only didn't answer the first 2 times they hung up the third. I absolutely hate subway.

I ordered through the online app and was not given full order. I tried calling to see what happened but they don’t pick up there phones. When I arrived they gave me the only order that was awaiting pick up. But it was not mine. They just did not make my sons sandwich at all. Finally got home and noticed mine sandwich had not been toasted. I guess some people just don’t care or don’t know how to pay attention to orders. I wasted time, patience and gasoline during this ordeal. Going to try a different subway next time

Get a 2nd person for dinner time!!! I placed an online order, got there 10 min later (which I didn’t expect it to be done) but stood in line just to make it quicker. I stood in line for 32 minutes waiting and still haven’t got to order. 1 employee and possibly newer since he isn’t going as quick so I do not blame him at all. But for a generally busy subway at this location, 1 employee is no where enough. I am now going to be crunching time just to go to work. It’s ridiculous

I went to 2 different subways(including this one) wanting a cold cut wrap. Both only offered it in a flatbread, does subway not offer the wrap with tortillas anymore? If not, pictures and advertising needs to be updated!
Ended up not ordering anything and bummed I didn’t get a wrap.

They made me my sandwich today and it was not a sandwich it was a mess she made everything so uneven it just spilled all over the wrapper and bag. I ate it with a fork.
I ordered 2 sandwiches on mobile. Got there a few minutes after the arrive time. There was no line. My sandwiches weren't even started and someone was standing around in the back. I wouldn't be leaving this review if that was all. They then tell me that they didnt have the meat for my wife's sandwich. So we changed that. Then they also didnt put any olives (she ordered extra) and none of the 3 condiments she ordered on her sandwich. Not a single sorry was said. Nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience. I work customer service so I understand things happen. I wasn't rude to them at all. Otherwise I would understand the lack of caring. But this was just rediculous

If could give a 0 stars I would. Guy who was working on 05/11/2025 at 9:20am, has the most attitude. I would never be back to this location, he didn’t even know my drink, I ordered online and he said he didn’t understand what was my drink. So rude!!
