This has got to be he worst Subway that I have been to. They have this new system where you enter all your order on the kiosk display abd this is ok as long as the employee prepares the sub like you have requested. All my order was screwed up, nothing was what I ordered. We got home trusting that what we ordered right there was going to be exactly what we ordered, but instead it felt like we were entering all thie order in a different language because it was all wrong. I would really prefer that they went back and kept it the same were you watched as the sub was being made in front of you and that was you could alert the employee of any discrepancies.

Worst subway ive been to, they didnt have cheese, ran out of mayo, 2 bread choices, messed up the sandwich order. Had to replace so many items on my sandwich walked out with a completely different order, came for a sandwich left with shipathesis Do yourself a favor and make it at home instead i guarantee it'll come out better šŸ’Æ

Hello, Today I visited the subway at 640 Dennery Rd Suite 102, San Diego, CA 92154, and frankly it was a mess, only one person when I got there, she said the company was encouraging people to use the kiosk other wise I would have to wait, I didn't care for the kiosk, I like to customize my sandwich so I said I would wait. This was a little before 6:00 pm on 12/18/2025, then another employee came in (I guess she was running late) her attitude was not great. This second employee pushed again for me to use the kiosk, she said she would help, however she kept just adding what ever she wanted to get my order out of the way, I had to tell her to go back, I wanted a BLT with added ham and replace the lettuce with spinach, and added red onions and pepperoncini peppers and extra mayo, I also wanted a soup that for some reason was not in the kiosk. totally forgot the ham, and later no spinach, they wanted to push the lettuce (I can't eat lettuce), also wanted to push a fountain drink (I don't drink fountain drinks) and for some reason, because it was advertised but not in the kiosk, they charged me the soup separate from the rest of the meal.

I have never wasted so much time; any other Subways in and out in less than 8 min, here it was like half an hour. One employee was super nice, the second that came in late was not. both were super stressed out trying to keep up. I read other reviews for this subway franchise and all are not great, same issues I experienced. 1.- just get rid of the kiosks, they are NOT HELPFUL, 2.- hire more employees, at least one more so they are not rushing through the orders. 3.- if you are not getting rid of the kiosks, at least make sure everything that is advertised can be found in the kiosks menu, no need to have and pay separate, that's also extra taxes one has to pay. the other bad reviews I read are at google. Like other people said, I will also not return to the subway at 640 Dennery Rd Suite 102, San Diego, CA 92154, and if the experience at other subways is the same, I will just go to Jersey Mikes from now on.

Horrible store. Dont bother going in. They always have one pie girl working there with a dozen people in line 40 min to get a sandwich ???? And now they gave some automated crap you got to order your own sandwich. Yea , find yourself another subway. This one on DENNERY is always a fail !!!!

Stopped in today and the employee flat-out refused to serve me at the counter unless I ordered through the kiosk. If I wanted to stare at a screen and do all the work myself, I wouldn’t bother coming to Subway. The whole point is being able to talk through your order with the person actually making it.

When I gave polite feedback, she was rude, openly dismissive, and said it was ā€œpolicyā€ and that she didn’t care about losing two customers and over $30 in business. No apology, no effort to help, just attitude.

Walked out and will be going to other Subway locations that still act like they want customers. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this store until they remember basic customer service and how their business is supposed to work.

Not a fan of the kiosk. I've never had to wait so long. Only gave me 10 left to my 1 hour break.

The old guy with the mask and hat that is always at the night shift always gets my order wrong even after I tell him multiple times, I ordered toasted bread and gave it to me regular, I ordered double protein and doesnt give double protein, I’m tired of it. Either fire him or train him better.

Sorry but hate the new kiosks.
Apparently you can’t order on the line any more.
Third time my sandwich comes out wrong.
Unfortunately the kiosks doesn’t ask the right questions or makes it hard for you to order.

I payed extra for chicken and received a portion like if they’re rationing for the next war, 10 dollars for a 6 inch and I barely any protein on that!? I’m eating straight bread and veggies!
