Terrible. They asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and didn't toast it. Wouldn't have mattered except the sandwich was freezing cold. It was morning and the bread was clearly from the previous day at best and vas very cold like it had been frozen. Tough to bite and the cheese was also hard and cold.

In the courtyard of my place of employment stands a subway restaurant. For years this small establishment has served as a beacon to those seeking cardboard bread and wilted lettuce. Faithfully turning out 11 and a half inches at a time all while remaining unchanged from the outside world in which it serves.In a world overrun with capitalism and cynicism, one restaurant dares to remain mediocre. Then again a low profile is warranted after the Jared fiasco. Remember that? Crazy.

Today I ordered online at this location and I am astonished on how RUDE the workers are. Online the hours state that they are open at 7AM. I placed an order at that time only to find out that they don't open until 8 AM. Which is fine, but when I arrived at 8AM to inform the worker that I placed an order at 7AM and asked if I could still get my order. The lady was so rude and angry that I asked a SIMPLE question. She asked "why are you placing an order so early?!". I told her once again that the hours were wrong online. She then said "JUST SHUT UP SO I CAN MAKE THE SANDWICH".

Very rude staff. I do not recommend at all. The worker on august 21, 2022 at 8am was so disrespectful me and my coworkers went in for lunch because we start work very early in the morning and the subway employee told us it was to early for lunch and we explained to the employee that were sorry we start our job at 2am and while she made our sandwiches she said we think we are entitled because we work at 2am and come to subway for lunch.

Disappointed. Order food for my wife and when I went to order I was informed that they no longer carry chicken breast. Asked the person what they did have for chicken. They recommended the rotiserie chicken. So I ordered my usually sandwich (6 inch flatbread, chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, extra tomato and salt and pepper) sub the rotiserie chicken in and tried it out. Unfortunately, for my wife and myself The rotiserie chicken soaked the flatbread leaving a very water drenched sandwich. The flavor of the rotiserie chicken was off too, maybe it was the watery juice that it was soaked with but otherwise the cookie and chips were good. Hopefully, they bring back a chicken that is not drenched is juice that makes the bread soggy.

I've been here twice over the last two weeks, served by different folks who are very unprofessional. It's a customer service job not a time to catch up with your homies. Thankfully, the woman who was in the back came out to help the crowd of folks or we would all still be there.

Walked in 1.5 before closing waited in line for my sandwich and even after waiting in line 45+ minutes and the store still being open he refused to make my sandwich....lazy lazy lazy.

The employee's are unprofessional (February 18, 2022 at 1:15 PM). The server was rushing, the cash register employee rushed to bag my order, slide my sandwich and fell to the floor. They need food service training. Managememt should address this concern. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I did not care for my tuna sub and I honestly don't know why I didn't like it. However, I do want to say that the staff was friendly. Also, they worked efficiently. After a staff member worked on a previous customer's order, I watched the staff member wash her hands and then put on a new set of gloves. Well done!

I called my order in. It was supposed to be ready at 12:40. When I arrived there were 11 customers in line and none of the phone/online orders were ready. The gentleman "holding down the fort" was working solo. Completely unexplainable! This is a management issue. Clearly leadership has no idea what is going on this very second at their store. Had I not already paid online I would leave. This is poor performance by management. Employees and customers should be treated better ...still in line 14:56. 8 customers in line in front of me. No phone/online orders completed.
