Why is the online ordering so often randomly down. The line here can be ridiculous so I will only order online and pickup... Missing a lot of business. You would think the owner would address this issue and others voiced by the other reviews here..

When going to eat this one older Hispanic woman working there was loud, rude and unkind. So much for service with a smile!The other employees there didn’t seem they knew what they were doing, even if they were new.

I wish there was negative stars . This was THE worst Subway ever. The personal are rude. When we entered there was no one at the counter one of them we could hear talking on the phone after five minutes and calling them few times the other one came out took a look at us and went back without saying anything . Couple of minute later the one on the phone showed up and said let me make this call and come back.. ANY WAY THE WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER

I can't comprehend how they decided to invest into the worlds slowest Subway. They recently remodeled the place and surprisingly the service is worse. I walked in and there were 3 employees working at the time. I was greeted with "hi welcome, I'm busy with online orders, give me a minute". Then the dude proceeded to make a single sandwich at a glacier pace, while the other two employees made themselves look busy. After waiting patiently and making eye contact with the other two employees and they still didn't bother to help out, I just went next door to KLUCKIN CHICKEN. This is the 3rd time I've come to this spot and ended up going next door. AVOID THIS SUBWAY !!!

Clean and very organized with ample parking. Store is busy, but kept clean & organized for all to be happy with and about. Staff are helpful, 4 stars for always room for improvement.

Dear Subway, this is the DMV….Even we can’t take your long wait lines. After waiting way too long in line, I walked out and went to Jersey Mike’s next-door. Parking lot is small.

First off, this is the slowest subway in the world, their inefficiency is baffling. But that's not why I'm making this review. I'm making this review because the lady who works there is an actual menace of subway. I'm talking about the same woman that EVERYBODY else in the reviews is talking about. She's rude, she complains about customers orders, and she lacks understanding of proper customer service . She swapped the payment order of me and my friends sandwiches, and so I asked if she billed me for my sandwich or my friends, to which she replied "is something wrong with you?". I seriously wonder how this person hasn't been fired. Good luck to any of you ordering at this subway, you'll have to fight with the workers to get your order the way you want it. You're better off getting behind the counter and making it yourself.
