Terrible staff attitude, I don't know why they don't train them well and hired anyone with no experience with customer service. Women are a shame for those of us who are respectable, Don't go to this place, you will have a bad taste in your mouth with an attitude that doesn't even make you hungry.

There were 3 women serving customers... but with a terrible attitude and terrible customer service (I think they are new)... Today, October 4, 2021, at around 12 noon, after crossing From Tijuana to San Diego, through La Garita de Otay, logically, my son and I arrived at this Subway, which until today was one of our favorites... And I say it was, because we will never return to this place even if they pay us and for the following reason: While I went to the bathroom, I told my son to order his food. He ordered a foot long of teriyaki chicken... when I got back, the girl had only put the chicken on the bread and, upon seeing my son's face, I immediately realized that something was not right and I asked him What was happening... Dad told me the oven doesn't work and they're not going to toast my sandwich. And he also told me, (while we were both staring into the counters or display cases, several green flies flying and stopping on the meats and vegetables on both counters), I am not going to eat this food, the flies stop on everywhere and the truth is, I don't want to get sick to my stomach. The girl was staring at us while she was waiting for my son to give her the order to add lettuce, tomato, spinach, mayonnaise, etcetera etcetera to her sandwich... and she heard me suggest to my son that if he agreed, we should go eat to another place... Which my son accepted and asked the girl to cancel the order, who, as we walked towards the exit door of the business, began to yell at us and insult us (in front of some customers who were eating there ): Among other insults he told us: "SLIMY OLD BEGGARS!!!". The truth is, at the moment we didn't know what to do and we left very humiliated.... I clarify that we never disrespected the girl, nor did we say anything rubbish to her. I hope this comment reaches the Management and they check the cameras, so that they fire this vulgar and rude worker, who little by little, is going to fire all the clients for the slightest nonsense. I hope they also take more care when hiring their staff (select their employees better) and immediately repair their equipment (oven) and get on with hygiene... Flies are a very serious source of contamination.
