Placed two separate online orders, so I could use coupons. Had my husband go pick them up on his way home from work. They refused to give him the orders unless he showed receipts for them. Which he didn’t have because he didn’t place them from his phone!!!! How would he know what the sandwiches are and what the exact names were for TWO SEPARATE ORDERS if he was trying to scam y’all? Will not be ordering from this location again. You shouldn’t have to show proof of anything when you provide the correct name of the order!

I had a great visit at this Subway. The place looked well taken care of and the workers were super welcoming. My sandwich tasted really good. You can tell they put effort into what they serve. I’d happily come back again.

I had such a great experience at this Subway. The manager is really on top of everything. The place was super clean and the staff was honestly awesome, really friendly and helpful. You can tell the food is made with care because everything tasted fresh and put together nicely. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to.

I just left the store on 7625 Linda Vista Rd time was around 9:45 am
The young lady was putting trays of bread in the oven when I walked. She said she was the manger. Let me just say. Her attitude is terrible for customer service absolutely nasty she was mad about something. AND NOT IN THE MOOD TO WORK. HER ENERGY IS SOOOO NEGATIVE. KEEP THIS SUBWAY. I WILL MAKE MY OWN TUNA SANDWICH. REALLY BAD ATTITUDE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE yes I have video.
Under new management with Marissa and I would just like to say the management is 10/10 and the sandwiches are very filling

This Subway store deserves 5 stars! Every time I go, the staff are welcoming, polite, and quick to get my order just right. They’re always patient when I’m choosing my toppings and make sure everything is fresh and neatly prepared. The location itself is clean and convenient, which makes the whole experience even better. Between the great customer service and the fresh, tasty food, this Subway has definitely become my go-to spot in Linda Vista

Two starts due to lack of staffing. Five stars for the employee that served my food. I’ve come here a few other times and food and service were cool. Today however there was one sandwich artist there and she had a line of people to serve by herself. A few people got testy with her and slightly rude. She knocked the orders out calmly and professionally. She apologized for the wait when clearly the fault was not her own. Her name is Alexa and she deserves major tips today and everyday as well as a leadership role and raise because she will be working solo today and the HS rush is on its way. Management really failed to make sure she had support this day!

I had the worst customer service given to me I have ever experienced from a manager by the name of Marissa. I came in at 8:30 and I guess she was upset because she was trying to close. She was counting her drawer when I walked in. I greeted her and said I need 3 sandwiches and no reply. I have visited this Subway on .many occassions. I asked her is everything ok because you look upset. She said yeah I'm just trying to close. I said well you close at 9 correct? She then pointed at the sign on the door and said read the sign. I just looked and said well you definitely arent having a good day. She then said do you want the sandwiches or not? I should have walked out right then but I was hungry. She started to make my sandwiches and I moved to the side of the counter so I was on the side while she was making sandwiches . I had my phone in my hand and she said to me can you turn your phone away from me that makes me uncomfortable. I said my phone isn't even on. I turned the phone to her so she could see. After she finished with my sandwiches and I finished paying I said I sure hope you get out of here on time and get to where you are going since it seems like I disturbed you closing . She then said i dont have to talk or conversation with you at all. I am a manager myself and one thing i stay on my employees about is providing prompt and courteous service. In 54 years, i have NEVER been treated this rude or unprofessional. Someone should know that she should NOT represent anyone's business with the way she treated me. And it happened to be on my birthday at that. NO one deserves that.

I did an online order today for footlong subs. Went inside to pick them up and was told they had no lettuce and did I want spinach as a substitute.
My answer was no and requested a refund. Was told by the staff I had to do that online which is fair since I ordered online but surprised by the attitude. Since when is spinach an acceptable substitute for lettuce especially for a BLT. It's called a BLT not a BST for a reason.
Why are you out of a very popular veggie at lunchtime on a weekday and then give attitude?
Probably the reason why the place was empty at lunchtime on a weekday. I went down a few blocks on Linda Vista and got the typical great Subway service.
Avoid this particular location.

The worse customer service! I came in yesterday and no one greeted me as the manager sat in the lobby! Someone finally came out of the bathroom and helped me and she was rushing today I came in and the worker was making a To go order but didn’t get me or tell me he’d be right with me, I stood there looking dumb while he continued making the To go order, he even walked past me to grab chips and still didn’t say anything to me. He finally asked how he could help but had no customer service or any emotion! My sandwich looks terrible both yesterday and today i was the only customer in the store

the food is great and the workers always have been great when I go and order but the big problem is the time we are in line to wait..this is a problem I alway have. There is one worker for multiple people waiting to order they really need to hire more people bc the waiting time are insanely long
On July 12, 2025, at 9:25 AM, I walked into this Subway with a friend and was immediately shocked by the disrespect and possible racial discrimination we experienced.
The front door handle had some dirty, sticky liquid that got on my friend’s hand. When he tried to use the restroom to clean up, a young female employee (brown skin, false eyelashes, black curly hair, AirPods in her ears) shouted that the restroom was “staff only”, even though the door was clearly labeled unisex and had no “staff only” sign.
I politely explained the situation, but she repeated “staff only” with a rude tone. The worst part came later—after serving the previous customer with a smile, she put no effort into helping us, still wearing her AirPods and asking me to repeat every word. Then she suddenly told me:
“You are so rude from the beginning. I don’t want to serve for you.”
I was shocked and offended. I said nothing inappropriate. Why was I treated so differently?
We left in disbelief and went to another Subway nearby, where I confirmed that restrooms ARE for customer use unless marked otherwise—we were clearly lied to.
This experience made me feel unwelcome and humiliated, and I can’t help but question whether my race played a role. After 20 years as a loyal Subway customer, I will never return to this store. The behavior of this employee is unacceptable, and Subway needs to take responsibility.

I’m a regular Subway customer and usually enjoy their sandwiches, but my experience at this location was very disappointing. I visited recently and was met with poor customer service. One of the employees—a light-skinned woman, around 5 feet tall with black hair (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name)—was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. If you’re looking for friendly service along with your food, I wouldn’t recommend this location. Hopefully, management can address the customer service here.
