Nebra was so rude when I asked for water, my family bought food I was in the car breastfeeding my baby and I was thirsty I went inside to ask for water she gave me one and I asked for another one to take to the car and she was extremely rude she raised her voice at me saying I need to buy water bottle no free water for nobody

LILY WAS AWESOME! We walked in a minute before closing not knowing the closing time and she still was able to get our meal for us in a timely manner. The store was very clean, and she was super friendly. I would come back again!

Arrived at about 5 PM 10.10.24 — forgot about the $2 placed in my pocket and got confused on the change given to me.
The most kind and professional woman working there, tried her best to redo the transaction after I assumed she didn’t give the correct change, and finally the money was in my pocket 🤦♂️

Wow I just had a crazy experience at this subway. I was just there today 6/29 at 12:45 pm. This female employee with a very thick accent was SO RUDE to me! I’ve been getting the same sandwich for 20 years. Every time they ask you what you want on it. She put it in the toaster with out asking me which is fine but still she would’ve asked me. Then without asking the lady just started putting lettuce on my sandwich. I said “excuse me you didn’t asked me. I don’t want lettuce.” She pointed to the board and said it comes with lettuce. I explained she needs to ask me she can’t just start putting stuff on it. Instead of asking what I wanted she got really argumentative and said look at the board that’s what I’m putting on it. I explained again I need to tell her what I want. She said “do you not know how to read?” That is so beyond rude. I told her you are being very rude!! How dare she ask me if I know how to read. I have three degrees so yes I know how to read. What a lunatic she just starts putting whatever she wants on it without asking people then insults them. This lady shouldn’t have a job. She finally finished my sandwich. Also I realized the customer in front of me had left her credit card in the machine and I turned it in so the male employee could run outside and give it back to her. A lot of people would’ve kept it. You’re welcome.

I've ordered and picked up mobile footlong sub sandwiches twice here during their buy 1 get 1 free promotion.This store is clean and staff were friendly. The ready time in the app is accurate and only takes ~10-15 minutes which is fine for the amount of time it takes me to drive there.They've followed my mobile order instructions perfectly (e.g. extra X, less Y, etc). Meat/filler quantity was fine.
Vegetarian options: Veggi patty was really fresh and delicious. Must visit this place

Just left the subway in clairemonr square and went to this one because I was craving subway. The service was excellent. And the food looks great. The lady was nice and the plsce was clean and smelled really good. Food is really good.
