The ready time in the app is accurate and only takes ~10-15 minutes which is fine for the amount of time it takes me to drive there.They've followed my mobile order instructions perfectly (e.g. extra X, less Y, etc). Meat/filler quantity was fine.

My husband and I are flying out the morning after Easter. We want to hit up Subway the night before so we can have some delicious sandwiches, since plane food always leaves something to be desired. Since we would need to be getting food on Easter we tried to call a few Subways to see who would be open. Nobody answered. Too busy making sandwiches, I get it! But Lorna from this location actually called me back! Now that's going above and beyond. I will update with a photo of our subs from their air!

This will be my last trip to subway, they send you promotions via the app and the employees always wants to dispute the discounts this has happened the last three times, and all three times after spelling it out in hot pink crayon I was given the discount! I mean I realize good help is hard to find but this is just not worth my time! Maybe just maybe if they had just a little bit better customer service and trained employees maybe they wouldn't be shutting 100 stores down a month

Just left the subway in clairemonr square and went to this one because I was craving subway. The service was excellent. And the food looks great. The lady was nice and the plsce was clean and smelled really good. Food is really good.

I usually don't post reviews but im extremely irritated with this subway. I love subway and usually choose this place because it's close to my home. This is now the 4th time I've had an issue here. 1st time I did online order and my sandwiches were missing cheese, avocado and bacon. I figured they had a bad day and let it go. 2nd time I ordered online and when I showed up, I was charged but my order didn't exist. They finally figured it out and I let it go. 3rd time, I show up and my sandwiches aren't made and the girl says; no one told me but I can make now. She looks my order up and then makes them. I let it go and figured there was a misunderstanding between her and co worker. 4th time I make an order and it suddenly shows cancelled but charged. Since it happed once before I showed up and showed the staff what I saw. She didn't see an order but saw that I was charged on my bank. Im a pretty patient person but at that point I said forget it and went to Boudin Bakery instead. I still show a charge on my card. I will wait a day or so to see if it's released but im done with this subway and will never go there again. Too many bad experiences.
