Shitty service, the woman with long black hair worked there last night being rude and impatient to their customers. I was trying to order a steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and she told me that they were out of eggs( as always), I said fine just make me one without the eggs. She ended up charging me extra two dollars for the sandwich even without the eggs. I asked why and she said because they don't have egg so she gave me extra meat ( I asked for the same thing at the beginning that can I get a little more meat since you guys are out of eggs, but she said it doesn't work that way). And now u said u added more meat to my sandwich without asking and charged me more for that. The footlong breakfast sandwich was supposed to be $8.10 but the one she made me costed me $10+. That is so f**king ridiculous! Go f**k yourself woman.

This was my favorite subway up until my last 2 visits. The older Hispanics woman is pretty awesome when it comes to customer service and making the sandwiches but on 11/29 around 1:15 there were 2 younger people. The rap music was blasting, my 3 year old kept commenting on the “bad words” I’m highly allergic to mustard and I told her when she picked it up. I turned around to grab a drink, I open my sandwich at home and it’s flooded in mustard and I needed my epi pen. These two younger individuals have no customer service skills, they need to lower their inappropriate music and pay attention to the customer because it could have been fatal for me. I will also be calling corporate and reach out the their managers.

Constantly out of items such as MEATBALLS and different sauces. Maybe once in a blue moon the bread isn't stale. It also is randomly closed from the hours of 6pm onward. This place hasn't always been this bad. I sincerely hope things improve soon as I am sure corporate wouldn't want to be notified of such a poorly managed franchise

Don't come here if you have an immunocompromised cancer survivor with you. They're not enforcing the statewide mask law despite the sign on the door. The 30 something white guy refusing to wear one told me he didn't care. And no one here said a word to him about it

I get it, wearing masks sucks, but if you're going to be breathing all over the food you're preparing for during a pandemic you should learn how to wear one. to be fair, not every employee was wearing it improperly. Just one. Apparently management didn't care to correct him. My contact with the district manager didn't even acknowledge the issue. What a disgrace. I will never return to this location.

Disapointed. I come here time to time and always get a footlong meal with 2 cookies insted of chips. Today I ordered that and the guy behind the counter only gives me 1. I tell him it says 2 with a meal but he says "oh that board is wrong its only one." I'm more mad that I was lied to than getting what I payed for.

Dear franchise owner: wake the F--&k up. Have you visited your establishment?? - Looks like trash - The kids running the location are playing Raeggetons greatest hits over the speakers so loud that no one can hear anything. The subway artists can't hear me and I'm screaming for them to repeat what they said back to me. It's like a night club - you don't have anything. Out of meatballs?? Out of mustard?? It's a monday. You're f--$king up dude. This is an EASY franchise to run. RUN IT!

Eating healthy at Subway is generally easy as long as you avoid some of the blatantly unhealthy stuff like bacon, cheese - infused breads, sodas, mayonaise, and sodium - rich items such as pickles, feta cheese, and some of the seasonings. Check the menu for more details.For starters, you can try a 6" whole wheat bun, chicken or turkey, toasted, with tomatoes, olives, lettuce or spinach, sweet onion sauce, and pepper on top. If you're getting a footlong, split it into two separate meals and eat the second half later.

Extremely unreliable! Came here at 8 pm when hours of closing are 10 pm. The guy at the counter say we aren't taking any more orders? Same thing happened last week when they closed early and refused to take orders. If you are going to close early can you do the basic courtesy to update your hours on Google? Pathetic service!

ZERO STARS.Absolutely pathetic and disgusting. I place an online order last Saturday,it went through and showed on the app that order was ready for pick up. When I go to pickup at 8.15 pm ,I get said that they are closed because they are short staffed however it says that location closes at 10.00pm online. So when I asked for refund ,I was asked to come 3 days later when the manager would show up and then ask for refund. I let go.This Saturday I ordered again online,the order goes through and I pick up a veggie delite sandwiches because I am vegetarian and it barely had any veggies ( no tomato,olive,all peppers where also missing) also the Italian bread was stale and chewy. When I go back and ask for missing ingredients I was then said that they were out of those veggies. Again did not process refund and was asked to come Monday for refund when the manager would show up. The guy serving found all of this funny and was laughing. Totally disgusting and shameful. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM. MANAGER IS RUDE & LIAR. EAT from this PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This franchise is fraud. The manager never be around. I don't normally post bad review but this happened to me two time. First time I placed an mobile order and when went there , the guy said due to staff shortage, he closed the shop and can't issue refund and asked me come after three days when manager is around. Second time order through app as well as when we pick up order , they guy didn't put right ingredients (no olives, tomatoes). I was there and waiting and he didn't mentioned that he didn't add and when inquire , he said tomatoes and olives are out. At least he should have told us. Again when we ask, he said manager is not around and ask me to come on Monday. This is insane. AVOiD THIS SUBWAY. THEY ARE RUTHLESS, MANAGER IS SO RUDE. NO QUALITY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL WRITE TO SUBWAY HEAD OFFICE.
