I stopped in for a quick lunch to go and ordered the Ultimate Italian BMT special of the day on Parmesan Oregano bread, with chips and a drink for $10.99. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything was made just the way I asked.
But what really stood out was Angelina’s customer service.
She was incredibly polite, welcoming, attentive, sweet, and professional from the moment I walked in. She made what could have been an ordinary stop feel genuinely pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who carries that level of care and positive energy in a fast-paced environment.
Angelina is the reason for this 5-star review—she went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise. Subway is lucky to have her, and I’d return to this location just because of the experience she created.

After recently visiting this Subway location hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience along with my son and his friends was anything but that. From the moment we walked in, the service was noticeably subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer.
After placing my order, I noticed that the employees were more focused on chatting among themselves, making videos and making the customer feel uncomfortable than on preparing the food. This lack of attention to detail led to multiple mistakes in my order. I had specifically requested a sandwich with certain ingredients, but when I got home and unwrapped it, I found that they had completely disregarded my preferences. Not only were key ingredients missing, but there were also items I had specifically asked to be left out.
To make matters worse, when I politely pointed out the mistakes, the staff's attitude was dismissive. They offered no apology and seemed uninterested in correcting the error. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. Never didn't get better either even after I contacted the manager Lorna.
Overall, this Subway visit was extremely disappointing. The combination of poor service, lack of attention to detail, and the wrong order made it clear that this location does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I won't be returning to this Subway, and I would advise others to be cautious if they choose to dine here. A complete waste of $50 for 3 people, super disappointed & horrible experience, shame on the management, this franchise owner and their team.

Lovely staff and great subs as always ?
I would love to give this place 5 stars, but I can’t. Today I needed to eat a meal ASAP because I had to take some medication, so I stopped here. I was so disappointed at how the veggies looked. The lettuce and cucumbers were extremely wilted, and I could tell the red onions and tomatoes were not fresh just by looking at them. I decided to skip on lettuce and most of the veggies because of the appearance. I feel like maybe the stuff was left over from previous days; I don’t know. Now it’s 2 hours later and my stomach is rumbling in a funny way. I am now questioning my decision. I am hoping the turkey wasn’t left out too long either. Hopefully it’s not always like this and maybe there’s a reason why. I will add that the service was amazing. The employees were very friendly and welcoming.

Was a nice quiet and cool place to stop and have lunch and the employees that were working were very pleasant and efficient in their making of our Subway sandwiches which by the way were very tasty.
Vegetarian options: Plenty to pick from for a vegetarian . You definitely won't go hungry if you decide to dine at Subway.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty to choose from for I'd say anyone's dietary needs
Parking: Plenty of parking as it is located within a plaza with other businesses so there is parking for everyone regardless of their needs and it is free to park.
Kid-friendliness: Well their were some kids eating there too so I'm gonna say I guess they are probably kid friendly .
Wheelchair accessibility: It wouldn't be a problem for anyone regardless of their needs to go and dine at this Subway and no worries about parking either .

The lady here is so rude, I came in today to have lunch for work at 3:30 pm and told her I was having trouble ordering online and had a coupon. It said I was missing the items in my cart even though they were the correct items. I asked if I could order in store instead with the coupon, and she said yes. So I ordered, she makes my sandwich and then tries to charge me full price ? I told her about the coupon again and showed it to her, she’s begged and said they don’t have that there. Made me waste my time, now I have no lunch and I’m very upset.

Do not order online with this location. My receipt was correct but the sandwich on my bag was way wrong. I found out after i got back to work and didn't have time to go back.

Horrible service when the older guy is there . Super rude , slow and not welcoming at all . I’ve been here plenty of time and the young lady always does a great job and has a smileOn her face: today I walked in n was ignored for 5 minutes until I ended up walking out and not ordering anything . Very disappointing .
