Absolutely the worst subway I've ever experienced.... when I was there the guy behind the counter who's the only employee was arguing with his girlfriend on his phone the entire time and refused to take my order after 15 minutes I left absolute garbage

Ordered 10 sandwiches 2 hours ahead of time, got a call 15 minutes before pickup that 2 were out of stock and so the whole order was cancelled, poor woman on the phone is the only one working and trying to help me while getting yelled at by her manager in the background about my order, so now I’m late for a work event at a Little Caesars getting emergency pizza. Super nice and apologetic woman though.

If you want to stand in an empty store and have to call out several times for assistance, this is your place! If you want a sloppy sandwich with the wrong condiments smeared all over the paper, this is your place! If you want unidentified black and green chunks in your ice, this is your place! If you want the lady on the phone who identifies as the manager, who has no manager above her and yells at you on the phone because SHE knows she put the right mustard on the sandwich, this is your place. Overall horrible experience at this location!

Ordered here twice and the young lady that has done my sub does them delicious. Never had a subways so delicious since I've ordered in this location. Plus she is a very nice young lady and always trying her best to have my order before I get there or when I get there and the order is not ready she does her best to do it fast. Honestly I appreciate it because I am delivering packages and only have 30 minutes of lunch. I definitely recommend this subway location the customer service is outstanding and the subways are delicious.

Today I had one of the most mind blowing experience. Yes from ordering a sandwich! Never ever in my existence have I seen and eaten to most well prepared subway! Ursula at shop created not only a visual masterpiece but also the perfect amount of dressing and even wrapping! This is purely someone who clearly takes the time and effort to make my meal and enjoyment to eat! I had to call the shop to find out and thank this human being! Great Job Ursula! Don’t ever give up that pride in your work no matter what you do in life. Just your effort makes this taste better than I expected. Bravo! ??????

Ursula made the absolute most perfect subway sandwich I have ever had (no joke). There's something about when someone actually puts the effort into making the sandwich versus slapping it together. This was picture perfect with the perfect amount of dressing. Placement. the wrapping. Everything. I've never seen this ever in 30 years of eating subway. Ursula you crushed it. When I called and thanked you you were very humble and I can tell you take pride in what you do. Don't ever give that up wherever you go in life. This location is lucky to have you.

I ordered a ham salad it was very small, and there's no ham I was charged full price for a salad and it was drowned in ranch, also my footlong sandwich was all sauce and 4 slices of ham!? Also my salad was not chopped it had a whole egg and whole onions etc... I threw both away they aren't edible ? the worker was very nice though so other than the food the service was good. They really don't like to give you ham I guess

walked in, no customers and the girl working told me it would be 20 min wait because she has to complete mobile orders first! wow where is the customer service, should of read the reviews first. no apology or nothing just attitude .

Our server was Jay and he was was great! Lots of people waiting but he got all sorted quickly.
Decided to give this Subway another chance after two years. Still awful. This subway does not have the fresh cut meats. Slow service. Our sandwiches were a mess, mayo everywhere even on the outside wrapper. No veggie patty, you ask for onions and you basically get an onion sandwich. I would not recommend.

Place never has bread and there's always a reason why its closed at 12pm. Been by more than a few times during lunch hour and was sent away. I work locally and all of our employees have had the same experiences. We even got inside jokes about it.

Make sure to call first ...they are often closed suing the day around 1 or so ...not sure why .I think they only have one employee so maybe takes a break then.
