This is my go-to sushi spot near SDSU. I’ve been here over 20 times. It’s always packed with college students, and for good reason. The service is consistently friendly and fast.
The sushi here is much better than what you’ll find further west. This area has some of the best. Their rolls are creative, and they really load up the Crunch Roll. The garlic edamame and miso soup are always solid, and the carpaccio sashimi is surprisingly high quality. You can tell the fish is fresh.
A typical tab for 3 to 4 rolls and edamame runs about $70 before tip. Even though I’ve moved over 20 minutes away, I still find myself coming back.

Great experience. Came with friends for some AYCE and we had to tap out at the 2nd round. Staff was cool.

You pay a reasonable $38 to get all you can eat Nigiri and many rolls. It is one of the best deals you can get on getting sushi. Though you can only order 6 rolls per a person, per a round. The staff is attentive and kind, but occupied if the place is busy.

This was our first time eating at the Sushi Factory. We got the hot sake, Flight A, crunch roll, salmon skin roll, and edamame. It was all FANTASTIC. The sushi chefs were quick, the rolls were substantial, and the sake was smooth. The restaurant as a whole was clean and set up nicely. They hosted two parties while we were there and all seemed to go smoothly. They had baseball on the tvs and 90s rock/alternative playing on the radio. Overall, it was a great dinner and we will definitely be back.

Faith and Myles were our servers this evening. The service was impeccable and fast. Will definitely come back in the future.
I have been to this location numerous times. A few months ago I found a bone in my Nigiri Salmon. Upon informing staff the chef first denied it then after presenting him the evidence he apologized and so did the waiter. I was told to return whenever and I would always been accommodated. After this I returned numerous times with exceptional service in the last 2 months spending over $500 here. Today I called in the morning and informed them I would come in at 9 PM for AYCE and was told I’m good. After I came in I was denied AYCE even though 1 I was previously told and 2 I told them I would accept only getting 1 round of sushi. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she cited the chefs aren’t willing to make the order but if I pay for the order outside ayce they will make it. I am very disappointed in the way this situation was handled. If a customer was informed it’s fine to come in at 9 for ayce it’s only right to accommodate. I will not be returning after today you lost a very loyal customer.
