Went for the first time the other day, not normally a fan of sushi but the sushi was Delicious, prepared and cut well, Miles and Hannah were our servers and gave us great customer service and very attentive. Good atmosphere and music, glad the sushi place wasn’t complicated ordering and had clear rules unlike other sushi places. Every item we had was delicious ,warm and had good flavor Hannah and Miles need a raise they were awesome!

Myles made our entire sushi experience amazing. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu. He gave great recommendations and everything came out fresh and perfectly made. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service. The food was top tier and the service made it even better. Definitely coming back.

Usually pretty good but was given the wrong food in my DoorDash order and when I called to see if they remake and give me my correct food they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Not the greatest customer service and there was definitely better ways to handle that situation. Not sure if I will be reordering again.

I love sushi here, they give you free water, prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice, the place is pretty clean, only suggestion is that I wish they will give bigger sushi portions

Food was pretty good, not super impressive but good enough. The only issue I have was the sashimi didn't look too good (didn't take a photo), and the entire restaurant smelled a bit weird. Also, we were there from 11 to 1215pm, didn't see any other customer, just a bit weird too

This is my go-to sushi spot near SDSU. I’ve been here over 20 times. It’s always packed with college students, and for good reason. The service is consistently friendly and fast.

The sushi here is much better than what you’ll find further west. This area has some of the best. Their rolls are creative, and they really load up the Crunch Roll. The garlic edamame and miso soup are always solid, and the carpaccio sashimi is surprisingly high quality. You can tell the fish is fresh.

A typical tab for 3 to 4 rolls and edamame runs about $70 before tip. Even though I’ve moved over 20 minutes away, I still find myself coming back.

Great experience. Came with friends for some AYCE and we had to tap out at the 2nd round. Staff was cool.

You pay a reasonable $38 to get all you can eat Nigiri and many rolls. It is one of the best deals you can get on getting sushi. Though you can only order 6 rolls per a person, per a round. The staff is attentive and kind, but occupied if the place is busy.

This was our first time eating at the Sushi Factory. We got the hot sake, Flight A, crunch roll, salmon skin roll, and edamame. It was all FANTASTIC. The sushi chefs were quick, the rolls were substantial, and the sake was smooth. The restaurant as a whole was clean and set up nicely. They hosted two parties while we were there and all seemed to go smoothly. They had baseball on the tvs and 90s rock/alternative playing on the radio. Overall, it was a great dinner and we will definitely be back.

nigiri was super good, but the other rolls were disappointing and low quality.
