Moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and this has become my go to for sushi. Prices are pretty reasonable and they have a decent happy hour menu. Favorite rolls so far are the College, San Diego and Padres rolls ( theme not intended lol). There is deep fried Philadelphia roll that is pretty tasty too!

I order my food from Door Dash so I can't speak to the service or atmosphere. Just that they have the worst vegetable Yakisoba I've ever had. It tastes like it has some sort of smoked pork juices in it.The California roll was good, but if they had messed that up... Well

I've been here several times and food is great and affordable BUT if you plan to do AYCE and you're big on nigiri just be prepared for a lot of rice served with the nigiri. personally not worth it because I got full off the first round of nigiri because it had SO much rice so you're better off going somewhere else for AYCE to enjoy as much nigiri and rolls as you can.

This is a good spot for takeout sushi. They also offer some lunch specials that includes udon noodles. While the sushi isn't super impressive, it's great if you want a convenient spot (with parking) to easily pickup and go. I like ordering the spicy tuna roll and regular tuna roll (6pc). I recently tried the udon noodles lunch special and thought it was really good. I believe it's about $11-12 for lunch special.

We went to the Sushi Factory after reading the good reviews to celebrate a birthday. We were a party of 6 which meant that there was an 18% gratuity which was fine because the service was amazing! Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. We had a very nice lunch and will definitely come back for more.

Bad service and I've been there 3 times because it's close to my house and I've waited up to an hour to order. The waitresses don't see you and leave you waiting. I don't recommend it. Bad service. However, I have to say that the cooks' attention was more friendly and attentive than the waitresses.

Sushi rice was dry and crunchy. Sake tastes like it was diluted with water.

Great date place, not for a family with kids. Looking for a drink with friends ? this is the place.

This place is going to be my new go-to for local sushi. Great quality and freshness, great prices, friendly and helpful service. Forget about Sushi Loha further up the road, they are overpriced and underwhelming.

PLEASE BEWARE: FOOD POISONING. I’ve eaten here a few times, and my most recent experience resulted in a parasitic illness. It’s ESSENTIAL for restaurants to maintain health standards and safety practices, especially when dealing with raw fish. I feel that this location is not following the guidelines put in place by U.S. organizations, and consumers pay the price. Please be cautious when eating here and always educate yourself on where/how your seafood is sourced!

If you like divey sushi restaurants, this is your place. Small, dark, and dingy about sums it up. Had a sushi roll that wasn't good - fish wasn't very fresh and the roll itself looked like it was made by someone for the first time. The waitress/hostess was the best part of the experience. We won't be back.

Food is good, but online service is terrible. I called Sushi Factory and was immediately placed on hold, not a problem. However, I was placed on "hold" for over 15minutes and the call wasn't muted. I heard every word they said. While being on supposed "hold," my friend called their number to try to get a hold of them. The girl taking orders said, and I quote, "Ugh, another one. Let's Just ignore it." What kind of customer service is that! After the 15minute inconsiderate service, they hung up the phone on me. I then proceeded to call again and they answered and told me I couldn't order because the kitchen was now closed. Do NOT order online as it is a waist of time, disrespectful service, and will receive lack of attention.

Website said all you can eat, however they didn't offer it.
