Found this sushi truck last minute on Yelp when I was in the area and needed a quick bite. It was posted up at a local brewery in North Park, I ordered the tiger roll and it was amazing! The quality of the sushi was so good and the workers were super nice. Took about 25 minutes on a Friday night for one specialty roll and a side of nigiri. Will definitely be back!

Hands down bomb AF! Had the Crispy Nigiri, Me gusta, Seared Tuna, Matador, Fire Veggie!! Sushi rice is on point and well balanced fresh flavors! I've had the jalapeño poppers before and those are a must!

I've seen the truck parked outside Thorn Brewery in North Park and finally decided to try it. Wow. High quality ingredients certainly make a difference! Delicious sushi. We are fans!

Best sushi I've had in San Diego. The fish was so fresh, every bit was incredible. We ordered - Fire tuna roll, megusta, and crispy nigiris just to try them out. We definitely are ordering at least one more roll next time. I will have to leave another review with pictures next time.

I live a block away from Fall Brewing, and look for the Sushi Uno truck every time I walk by! Their rolls are delicious and crispy rice appetizer is ADDICTING... seriously I think about it all the time. I've raved about this to my friends and every single person who has tried agrees that this place is amazing!

Far exceeded my expectations. The fried nigiri and Mexican tuna roll were soooo good. Everything tasted so fresh. I enjoyed how even though they're a food truck they still made it feel like a restaurant experience. They had table numbers and you could order from your phone. We ordered from the window and they still brought it to us. 10/10!!!

A 45 min wait is unacceptable for a Sushi food truck. Owner did cancel the order in full which is good, but still doesn't take responsibility for the fact that a 45 wait for something that required no cooking is absurd. Wish it went differently, might be prudent of your business to follow a "first come-first serve" business practice, or explicitly state that you serve walk-ups before online orders. This does not happen at other businesses, I've never sat at an establishment only to see Uber eats or walk-ups monopolize every order before any patrons are served. Surely a way to go out of business. Update: Still wants to point fingers at customers. Going to change the review back to a one because obviously the customer is always wrong.
