Corbyn is the sweetest waitress, if you go there ASK FOR HER! It will make your experience that much better. Their date shake and black bean burrito is my go-to. Love me some swamis!

Me and my son went for breakfast once we got the pancakes and we ended up having constipation and the service was really slow.

Relaxing atmosphere with a woodsy vibe. Food and drinks are excellent. Healthy comfort foods. Tony, our waiter, was excellent in every way.

We’ve been coming here for over two years; my daughter and I love this place. We had a breakfast celebration for her and my aunt‘s birthday and let’s just say Jose, Nayeli and Antonio definitely made it a memorable morning. Thank you all.

We recently discovered this gem of a restaurant. They have an extensive menu for breakfast and lunch. They have a “pancake of the month” which was pumpkin and pecan in October and was great and I’m looking forward to trying their red velvet pancakes. Best chicken sausage I’ve ever had. Fabulous array of coffees from which to choose. Every server is so nice and fun to talk to. Large outdoor patio all under space heaters (ok they’re a little too hot) in colder weather. Hands down my new favorite breakfast/lunch destination.

Casual, family-friendly American restaurant serving a variety of fresh breakfast and lunch dishes. Located in Del Sur, this branch is located in a nice and clean shopping mall. Friendly service. Go here for a weekend brunch with the kids or a casual business lunch.
The eggs benedict with ham was tasty - covered with a rich, yellow Hollandaise sauce and situated on a warm English muffin. The poached eggs were soft and done just right. The dish was accompanied by buttery, crisp hash browns with a refreshing, mild salsa.
The generously sized and tasty acai bowl was based on a layer of granola, a thick layer of blended acai mix, and then topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, sliced banana, bee pollen, and dried coconut.
The side of home style potatoes was hot and delicious with grilled potatoes, onions, and bell peppers. The salsa was a great accompaniment and brought a really nice freshness to the dish.

Forgot sourdough breads on breakfast order how do you forget sourdough breads. Only reason I ordered. And it's 1pm you can't be out of it. Very disappointing

Waiter complained about his day as soon as we sat down then proceed to say he had two hours left on his shift. We didn’t get some items we requested/ordered and he didn’t acknowledge not bringing them. Food was dry and bland. I won’t be going back.
Pancakes are often burnt. Perhaps the batter is too thick? Or griddle too dry? Coffee choices are good but self serve which is inconvenient with the small mugs they use.
Tip options start at 20%. Feel like being pushed to paying that. Provide great service and get more tips. Also don’t push the fact that your staff is underpaid on the customers in that way

The place was freezing inside and the food was just ok. Prices were high for the quality that I got. And over $6 for a 12oz cup of OJ seems steep. They can at least do something about the cold empty atmosphere.
My husband and I went last Sunday to gave a breakfast at this location. The reception area is ridiculous small, although there's room to accommodate your customers. We were asked to wait outside in a hot day (it was hot to be under a hot sun). Our name was called and we went to the patio area, besides a black shade, which was transferring the very hot air to us. Anyway, we left without ordering bc it was uncomfortable staying inside a estufa.
Never had an issue with Swami's but the Del Sur location needs a management that respects it's customers.
