Waiter complained about his day as soon as we sat down then proceed to say he had two hours left on his shift. We didn’t get some items we requested/ordered and he didn’t acknowledge not bringing them. Food was dry and bland. I won’t be going back.

Pancakes are often burnt. Perhaps the batter is too thick? Or griddle too dry? Coffee choices are good but self serve which is inconvenient with the small mugs they use.

Tip options start at 20%. Feel like being pushed to paying that. Provide great service and get more tips. Also don’t push the fact that your staff is underpaid on the customers in that way

The place was freezing inside and the food was just ok. Prices were high for the quality that I got. And over $6 for a 12oz cup of OJ seems steep. They can at least do something about the cold empty atmosphere.

My husband and I went last Sunday to gave a breakfast at this location. The reception area is ridiculous small, although there's room to accommodate your customers. We were asked to wait outside in a hot day (it was hot to be under a hot sun). Our name was called and we went to the patio area, besides a black shade, which was transferring the very hot air to us. Anyway, we left without ordering bc it was uncomfortable staying inside a estufa.
Never had an issue with Swami's but the Del Sur location needs a management that respects it's customers.

My wife and I are newly married. For our special honeymoon trip we went here, both of us are GF (ie: celiac) needles to say I almost didn’t believe what we were eating was gluten-free it tasted sooo good. Please come here. The surface was great and the food was delicious.

My first time to eat here was in June 2024 with my sister before her first chemo treatment. We decided to have breakfast here after my nite shift work. We both liked the foods we ordered and told each other that we will come back. Today Oct 5,2024 after what my sister have been thru, not seeing each other for a long time and after working nite shift for me, we decided to meet and have breakfast here again. Like the first time we were the first customers, excited to see each other, excited for the foods and having a lot to talk about we started to put in our orders. To start with I ordered ice coffee which was handed as just coffee with ice no milk or creamer. I had to stand up and mix my drink for myself. Then our foods followed, again me and my sister were satisfied. While eating we’re also talking, catching up for all that we missed. We weren’t hurrying up but as we were talking about her treatment, her journey and how she and husband fought life coz husband got sick also same time as her, there’s this lady server coming to our table saying she might have to split the 2 tables where we were seating. We were surprised coz there’s other tables and chairs still empty and we looked by the door to check if there’s people waiting but there’s none. Our head turned to where the other workers where and they looked like they were laughing and I have a feeling that it was for us as if they’re saying “ its time for you guys to go.” If they say its not…well that’s how they made us feel. Plus the time we got up from our table, they went right away to clean our table but no one is waiting to be seated. They ruin what started as a beautiful day, I found it so rude when that lady server approached our table and told us that. Because of this, not sure if we’ll be coming back again. For the owner, I hope you read this and tell your workers to be sensitive to people’s feelings coz you never know who is having a good day or a bad day.

The taste of the food may vary depending on each person's taste, but I think the food that is presented will be the same. The potatoes that came with the food I ordered looked a bit dirty, which disappointed me a little, and the service from the staff was nothing special other than bringing the food and giving the bill. Coffee is also self-service.

I went with my friend and son for breakfast. My food and my friend’s food was good but my son’s Huevos Rancheros was cold. The service and atmosphere were good.
