Had their soft serve Ice cream. It was only $2 for a cone. It was the real deal! Not a bunch of chemically produced Ice Cream like McDonalds or Wendy's or elsewhere. Cant get real Ice cream anywhere let alone for $2. I'm sure the pulled pork and the $3 bacon flavored mac and cheese must be amazing if it's anything like their Ice cream. Their two sons were helping the owner. They were very sweet and adorable boys!

The best hidden little family owned gem in Clairemont for sandwiches - always complimented with a cookie. Their tri tip is top notch and it’s my go to before my family day outing to sea world, Belmont, ect for a perfectly packaged Togo meal. He also offers reasonable priced reheat dishes. I brought his green bean casserole for the holidays and it was a surprising hit! Always stoked to support local. ??

Showed up on time and the food was widely loved. Definitely would use again.

What can I say about this place. When I tell you it's the best tri-tip sandwich you will ever have. I literally go here once a week. The bread is good. The cheese that he puts on it sets it off just right. And the meat is so tender flavorful. It's like heaven in a bite. I challenge anyone to find a better tri-tip I. This city. I talk about this sandwich so much that over the last three weeks I have gotten close to 30 for coworkers at the school around the corner. We order a minimum of 6 each time. Once I ordered 12. I have been every week since schools reopened.

Great tri tip sandwiched and salads. Friendly staff. Take out heat and eat dinners have all been winners. We've been back several times. Beware on busy days they run out of tri tip...come early or call first.

Best Greek salad east of Greece! Bomb tri tip too!

Love this place. I wish the hours were earlier and sometimes they are catering and not able to be quick. It's worth the wait though.

Sweet & Savory catered our wedding on 3/23/18 and we could not have been happier with the service. The food was amazing! The service was great! Mike is soooo easy to work with, I would give him 10 stars if I could. I would highly recommend them for your next event. Btw, he also catered my bachlorette party, and his sandwiches and salads are amazing too!

EXCELLENT food, especially the tri-tip sandwiches. The best I have had in San Diego! The owner Mike was so passionate about how he prepares his tri-tip and he even shared his secret to successful preparation and rubs. The club is another one of my favorites, the guacamole mayo is out of this world. They are also know for their catering, which services a WIDE variety of cuisines and menu options. Cannot wait for our next party, I am definitely going to be giving them a call. I highly recommend Sweet & Savory check them out yourself!

Speaking for "jessie l" i dont think you need to stay any longer than two weeks to see that the roaches did not come creeping in within the two weeks of that employees stay. This is a review i get to write what i saw what i expierenced. Yes the roaches are true why would i lie about it i even have pictures of the nasty freezers in the basement, the roach feces on the sandwich paper, the 8 pregnant roaches in the saran wrap box. Im being nice and will not show those pics so dont lie and say my statment is erroneous. You know very well and really i just feel sorry for the kids you make lunches for. As a parent i would make sure where my child is eating their lunch from because i wouldnt want my son eating from your kitchen. The grade "A" review must be outdated but hey maybe the place changed and than again probably is still the same.
