Probably the worst food I've ever had. $80 for a family of 5 and we threw almost all of it away. The chicken was so nasty, I had to hurry and buy some kettle corn to get the taste out of my mouth. It was hard to keep from gagging while I waited in line for it.
Even 1 star is a lot for the food you throw at us.
The wait was so long it toke like 42 minutes for a simple order of chicken strips and fries, and the ground was dirty, filled with leftover food dropped on the floor!!
Used to love the chicken tenders here but I think they must have changed their supplier because instead of classic chicken breast tenders they were chewy/stringy dark meat. It was really unpleasant. I only ate half of one before having to toss it. Hopefully they go back to their old ones!

We came here because there was very little line and lots of seating. We ordered a chicken strips meal and three smoothies at 11:40a and it took 28 minutes to get the order to the pickup window. The meal was large — enough of a snack for the four of us (two adults and two kids). Smoothies were great. Everything in the park is expensive, it is what it is. 4/5 for food. 2/5 for service and delivery time.

I don’t understand these negative reviews. I mean, it’s not perfect, because it’s at a zoo, but the food was amazing and the portions are great. It’s a little overpriced, but so is everything in popular travel spots. My only complaint would be the wait time, but the employees where kind and the atmosphere was great.

The fries were yummy. The chicken strips were bigger than I thought they would be. The meal definitely filled me up and we even shared between me and my husband. Enough for two.
I thought chicken strips were pretty good but they are very juicy for chicken strips. I think dark meat? So not the normal chicken strip. But we thought they were good. Especially compared to some amusement park foods.

Horrible customer service.
Food was sitting at the window.. everyone that ordered around me got their food already, so i was curious. Waited for nearly 30 mins on a slow day for something that easily takes less than 10 mins to make.
I asked about my food. When i walked up to a fully staved window, the employees were on their phones and talking with no concern or regard of customer. When i received my food. Chicken and fries were completely cold.
Dissatisfied.
We got the Thai chili chicken strips and the chicken and waffle meals and they were both horrible! The chicken strips are NOT chicken breast!! They are a chewy dark meat part of the chicken. We left it all as they were not edible for us. For the price we paid for each meal, we assumed they’d be breast like everywhere in the world. The kids strips were also chewy but they were soy. Will never eat here again! Believe the 1 star reviews, they are true!

Food took a fairly long time to come out, even though the place clearly wasn’t that busy. We also ordered a cheesecake souvenir shake, which was $20 with tax. The place itself is nice in aesthetic, and the milkshake wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t recommend buying from here if you’re looking to save money. I’m aware it’s a zoo, but it still feels fairly inflated. I’d recommend checking out the Baskin Robbins nearby for ice cream.
Parking: Plenty of parking space outside the zoo.
Kid-friendliness: Available kids meals but they’re $12.

Chicken tenders are very soft and big, I really liked the thai chili one which is the 1st picture. It will definitely make you full because it is full of fries and the chicken tenders. Not a big fan of BBQ so didn’t really like it that much, but my bf enjoyed it :)
