Ordered two bowls from Sweetfin and was dismayed to find hairs in BOTH (disgusting). Contacted their customer service through their website, using the chat GPT. Unfortunately, the response was disheartening - they fixated on the method of my complaint (using chat gpt because english is my 2nd language) rather than addressing the issue.Despite explaining my concern, the team seemed uninterested in resolving the problem. Their excuse about the "system picking it up" didn't make sense and felt like a brush-off.Feeling let down and undervalued as a customer. Hope Sweetfin takes feedback more seriously in the future and doesn't leave hair in the food.... absolutely disgustingCan't recommend based on this disappointing experience.

The bowls taste really good but sometimes they are on the dry side. The main problem is the price. It is very expensive for the tiny amount of fish you get. A large bowl will not make you feel satisfied at all and barely has any protein. The food also takes a very long time to prepare. I have found other options for poke in the area and so I will not return unless they offer more value.

Great poke bowl with even greater service! The team killed it when I asked for their go to which was a twist on the spicy tuna bowl. Definitely recommend a trip down to 1 Paseo to try them out

I would rate this overall a 3.5! I built my own with salmon, bamboo rice and lots of toppings like mango, edamame, and cucumber. Salmon was great all the ingredients were fresh. I think the portions could have been bigger for a large. I wasn't a fan of the bamboo rice I wish they had regular white rice. Service and ambiance was good.
Let me preface by saying I ordered on Uber Eats so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. My poke bowl was SO dry- they had to have forgotten the sauces because it's just super dry rice and toppings. Second, they only gave me 3 pieces of tuna... and that's it!! The rest is rice and cucumber. fortunately I ordered sides otherwise my meal would have been so bland. Not sure if this was a one time thing, I've heard great things about Sweetfin and was excited to try it.

What we ordered | large build your own poke bowl | salmon + bamboo rice + toppingsTaste | salmon was good. portion was okay. they had a unique variety of toppings such as the wasabi furikake. we got most of the common toppings but getting fried onion and garlic was overpowering so I would just get the fried garlic. felt like there was more toppings than the actual fish. Service | servers were nice and fast. they let you try sample the drinks too!Parking | garage Notes | free toppings up to 6.

After a great workout, I was craving a healthy fresh poke bowl. I was told Sweetfin had happy hour and I was immediately sold. Sweetfin is one of the restaurants at the upscale One Paseo shopping center in Del Mar. To get to this place, you have to be familiar with where things are in relationship to where you parked.I was a first-timer and excited to try one of their signature bowls. Little did I know that I would receive a promotion for being a newbie. Inside is cute and clean...just how I like it. I ordered the classic tuna bowl with a combination of the bamboo/forbidden rice with crispy garlic flakes. I didn't wait too long for my goodie bowl; although I did notice the bamboo rice was missing. Hmmm...was anything else missing from my order? Well, they quickly gave me some when I brought it to their attention. I'm sure glad I asked for it. It was yummy in my tummy. I'll be back for more!

Disgusting poke place. The fish is not fresh, even the veggies that come with it is not fresh. Really want to love this place since I live across the street. But each time it seems the quality went down a bit.
Parking: The 10 min pickup spots are usually all taken. Sometimes I need to drive up to the 2nd level to park.
